Lake Annecy - Sevrier: Located 3 mins from the historic center and the old town of Annecy, this typical Annecy house on the lake can accommodate 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 open kitchen, the bike path and lake are 200m away. The municipal beach at 800m.
The house is located in a hamlet of historic houses, very quiet.

Un séjour parfait ! L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une centaine de mètres de l’eau, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la plage et des environs. L’intérieur du logement est très agréable, décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé pour passer un séjour confortable. Le point fort reste l’accueil : notre hôte a été d’une grande gentillesse, très accueillant, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et nous serions ravis d’y revenir !

Magnifique séjour au bord du lac d'Annecy

villa individuelle climatisée, conçue avec des matériaux haut de gamme, équipée d'appareils ménagers, de mobiliers de grande qualité, comme la literie entre autre et décoration réalisée avec beaucoup de goût. Un accueil exceptionnel par le maître des lieux avec des attentions très appréciées. Il a été à nos petits soins tout au long de notre séjour de 5 nuits, nous prodiguant conseils et bonnes adresses, tout en étant très discret.je ne peux que vous recommander cette villa et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Stunning property

Beautiful house spotlessly clean in a quiet location on the shore of Lake Annecy. Adjacent to the cycle path and four bicycles available for guests use so was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

Nice little Break - Communication could have been better

The property is great for 4 people, spacious rooms the furniture is modern and contemporary, it was clean and the sofa and beds were comfortable. Small decked area with couple of sun loungers and table and chairs and private parking. The added bonus of the bikes was appreciated! The owner lives on site and the view from their property of the lake is amazing. The position of the property is perfect. A short 15 minute cycle ride to Annecy which is absolutely beautiful full of history and lovely restaurants. On the negative side we did feel the villa lacked a 'personal' touch - there are no curtains or blinds at the downstairs windows and there weren't any board games or cards. There is also no washer or drier and I think if you were there for more than a week you would need this. The downstairs WC would have been better served as a small utility room. We also had no welcome pack at all, no cleaning products, no milk/bread - other people have stated they had a bottle of chilled champagne??? There is also no information book at the property as you would normally find - no instructions for the cooker or electrical information and nothing on medical emergency. Also the air con was broken and was not fixed during the time we were there. Our first time booking with Vrbo. and we were a little disappointed in the communication from the owner. We didn't receive any notification that the money had all been received until we requested this and despite being informed that arrival instructions would be available 2 days before arriving this wasn't received till the day before with the reason given, because he had tenants in till the day we arrived?

La location est de tout confort, bien aménagée, propre, calme et bien située. L'accueil par Richard est bienveillant. Seul petit point d'amélioration pour nous, un lave-linge serait le bienvenu pour des longs séjours.

Gorgeous villa close to the lake

We had a very relaxing stay at this villa. The property is tastefully decorated, very clean, welcoming and had very comfortable beds. The photos don’t do it justice! It’s only a 10 mins walk to sevrier beach and has good access to Old Annecy and St Jorioz. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lot of fun. The property is recently renovated with top of the line amenities. We enjoyed the bikes (bike path only a few meters away to go around the lac d’Annecy) and 30 min away from the Semnoz ski station.

Fabuleux!

Prestations et équipements de qualité, high tech, literie excellente, 4 vélos à disposition. Location très bien située: quelques minutes d'Annecy, dans une propriété avec une vue imprenable sur le lac, au calme, parking sécurisé, piste cyclable juste en-dessous (sportifs, n'oubliez pas vos affaires de sport) et plage à quelques mètres. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour.

Lovely gite in lovely Annecy!

A fantastic property renovated and presented in excellent condition. Richard is a terrific host who was always available if needed. The wifi was damaged in a storm and was repaired promptly. The location of the gite was perfect with fantastic views of the lake. And a lovely touch with a bottle of champagne chilled for our arrival. Merci beaucoup Richard!
