In the very center of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, a few meters from Doña Elvira square and therefore the Jewish quarter, the oldest and most monumental area of the city. In a particularly quiet street and building. All the main monuments of the city can be reached on foot. The Cathedral, the Alcazar, El Salvador... are about a 5 minute walk away.Everything is renovated and high quality.

The air conditioning doesn’t work very well if at all. With hot Sevilla temperatures, it gets really warm inside. Also two of the three fans did not work. It is an absolutely fantastic location and the washing machine was easy to use. I liked how the two bedrooms were separated as well.

1st time in Seville
The area was fantastic. The apartment itself needs some attention. Door locks are a disaster. The apartment door lock itself looked like it had been compromised numerous times, the dead bolt did not work at all. Coffee table had a broken leg. Bedding, pillows could use an upgrade. Overall, a poorly maintained unit!

Great to be in the heart of the old Sevilla!
Enjoyed our time in Sevilla, this is a great property if you want to be in the very predestrianized area of an old town! We were able to walk to all the Major sites and plenty of Restaurants bars, and shops to try out!
I will say that the hosts should clarify that the apartment is some distance from where a vehicle can stop for unloading passengers and luggage. Also parking for 24 hours is a nightmare and expensive. Also the apartment lacked a few items: enough towels for the 3 people there; chopping board, enough glasses and bowls.

Ideal spot in Sevilla
Right in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, this property allowed us quick access to great restaurants, the Alcazar, churches, and the best ice cream I've ever had (Monasterio). Our family of 4 had plenty of space and even watched the UEFA games in our down time. A wonderful time.

Host was not at the rental and we were not able to get in touch with them
We were 45 minutes late to meet the host at the apartment and no one was there to let us in. The host had never supplied their phone number so we had no way to get in touch with them. We tried contacting them through VRBO but did not get a response. We had to book another hotel for our stay. We stayed in 2 separate VRBO's in Portugal and had no issues. Can we get a refund?

Great location but that’s all
While it’s true the location is great, I regret to say that this apartment is so bare-bones it’s kind of ridiculous. Broken lamp, broken fan, no real coffee maker, no bathmat, etc. It’s clear the owner wants to make money but not put any in.

The apartment is very well located; comfortable and clean.
The instructions to enter the flat though submitted late in the day were shared ahead of getting to the property. (We did book the day before - so this may have had something to do with it.
The comms with the property management team on VRBO was a little hit and miss. Finally shared comms through WhatsApp and that made things a bit easier.
Though when we thought we had issues with the property (we couldn’t get in as the residents of the building had six-locked the building), we couldn’t get through to the WhatsApp contact. At check out we couldn’t get through to WhatsApp contact.
These things could be improved for residents/guests’ peace of mind.

Perfect location!!!
We visited in early April. No need for air conditioning. The location was perfect right next to the Alcazar castle, nestled in the old Jewish section of Santa Cruz. Tiny alleys and a candy store one door away! Excellent food but watch out for tourist pricing. Local pricing can be found easily. Enjoyed a flamenco show and castle tour, wandering the streets and shops, visiting the plaza espana and park. Attended a bullfight!!!
