girls get-away

Was a great location and had everything we needed.The induction cooktop was not easy to work out, but once we did it was fine. Glad the instructions were in a drawer!!Suggest getting rid of pots and pans that don't suit the cooktop though.

Lovely property, however it has lots of stairs due to the elevated positioning to get a good view. Driveway is very very steep and care needs to be taken when driving up and/or reversing down. We took a boat and the boat had to stay on the street due to the steepness of driveway. Facilities were lovely and plenty of inclusions in the kitchen. A few more handrails would be nice on the laundry stairs.

Excellent property in a quiet and convenient location with great views. Obviously well looked after to high standard. The only things if I was being picky would be the stairs, with three levels inside the house makes it a bit tedious, and also the steep driveway which probably won't bother those in a 4x4/SUV but certainly not for anything sedan or sports-like.

Pet friendly and a beautiful location

We loved being able to take our fur babies with us and walk down to the beautiful park and beachfront area. The home was well set up with everything being thought of by the owners.

Only a 5 minute walk to beach and hotel this lovely property was well presented and adequately equipped. Dog friendly but not completely fenced off at the front balcony. Steep driveway but worth the stay.

The property is beautiful, did have trouble lighting gas oven and operating fans, but a minor issue.

The walk up the hill from the pub hurts but we were all up there in age, so rough with the smooth really. Loved the house and the leasing process was painless.

Great location

A great property in a beautiful location. The owner has thought of everything you may need in this property. Overlooking the bay of 1770 for great sunsets and just minutes from the safe beach. You can’t help but relax in the peaceful surroundings. Certainly use this property again.

Lovely cottage in a lovely location

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay at 1770 Horizons. The cottage is well equipped with a well stocked kitchen and laundry. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the large deck due to the inclement weather. The complimentary snacks and wine were greatly appreciated. It would have been handy to have instructions for the oven and the driveway was too steep for our car to get up but overall a delightful stay.

Relaxing Spot

1770 is such the perfect spot for unwinding and relaxing. Horizon’s holiday house is a great place to stay. The mezzanine bedroom is awesome and so relaxing! The drive to the house is extremely steep though and the decking isn’t completely fenced if you’re taking your dog.
