« Très bel hôtel ,le personnel est super que ce soit à l’accueil,le bar ,le personnel du petit déjeuner….cependant un seul bémol le frigo de la chambre 615 est à nettoyer…je m’en suis aperçue en partant…sinon pour le reste c’était impeccable,la vue sur les docks et sur o 2 est magnifique…..il est un peu excentré mais le calme était vraiment un plus! Nous avons été surclassés alors merci beaucoup….. »

« Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price paid. This property is advertised and priced in a way that may suggest a hotel, but it is actually summer student accommodation. I wanted to change the accommodation as soon as I arrived, but my request was refused. The standard of service was unacceptable. After four days, I had to contact reception myself to ask for clean towels and fresh bed linen. Even more seriously, my personal belongings were removed from my room and placed...

"My stay in May was unfortunately catastrophic, mainly because of several serious issues. On the day of our departure, a housekeeper woke us up at 8 a.m. to clean the room, which was particularly unpleasant. We also had a plumbing problem that caused water to flood the bathroom floor. On arrival, the toilet flush was not working, and we had to call a repairman to fix it. However, my most recent stay in August was absolutely fantastic, and this was probably largely due to the fact that I was given one of the renovated rooms. The welcome was perfect, and the receptionist greeted me in French — a big thank you to her for that! The room was clean, well laid out, and very quiet. I was also very happy to see that it had a shower rather than a bathtub, unlike the older rooms still found in the hotel. It is clear that the renovation has brought a real upgrade in terms of comfort and quality. The only minor negative point was that the plumbing made some noise after the toilet was flushed, but this was a very small issue compared with the overall quality of my stay. Overall, I am really satisfied with my most recent experience and very pleased to see the improvements made to the hotel. The renovated rooms make a real difference!"

"Nous avons passé deux nuits absolument parfaites dans cet hôtel. Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes : une chambre confortable et des espaces impeccablement entretenus. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est la gentillesse et l’attention du personnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe a été incroyablement accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins. Nous nous sommes sentis sincèrement les bienvenus du début à la fin. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !"
