'The hotel was clean and quiet, and the location is convenient. There is a lounge space out back and I believe there is a fire pit! You even get a delicious cookie upon arrival (I think vegan cookies are an option). My main purpose was to enjoy the sauna but I couldn't because it was being serviced. Actually that's the reason I scored low. Besides not accessing certain things the property is well maintained. I spoke with the staff and a manager about the amenities and was able to reach a...

'It was very perfec'

'Perfect and great'

'Our room was clean and nice. The breakfast was very slim so we decided to forgo the breakfast option. Staff were nice. When we were checking in - there was a group of people eating lunch I assume at the front tables and they were a little loud so it was slightly hard to understand/hear the front desk staff. Other than that we would stay there again if we were in the area'

'The staff was amazing. I booked a smoking room and when the manager or assistant manager found out that neither one of us were smokers, she upgraded our room without charging and it was an amazing room with a Jacuzzi tub. The place was very well maintained, clean, and the food was great.'

'Great stay, accommodated my last minute change. Thanks so much!'

'Not very much maintenance As seniors we need a NON slip shower and hand rails /grab bars on the shower . I not only was slipping in the shower but I did NOT have a thing to grab onto. The air conditioner was extremely loud in running The room was clean but very small and had pry marks on the outside door jamb, like a lot of pry marks The evening desk person was not the friendliest but the morning one was very sympathetic and offered to give up some IHG points to try and make it right, thank you...

'We were nervous after booking and seeing some if the reviews but when we got there we were pleasantly surprised! They are available to rent. But other than that the room was nice! We ended up getting a single pan a spatula forks and a 5 cup coffee maker from Walmart all for 25 bucks. We talked to the...

'I liked our stay very much. It was nice, clean property and it was comfortable. We got our much needed rest. Thank you!'

'The property was scenic, sit on top of a hill. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. Plenty of parking. Room was clean; however, our room was missing a hair dryer. The pillows were very small and the blankets were thin.'
