'They make you turn in your key every time you leave the hotel. And lie about the reason, say it is for housekeeping? Like I’m dumb and don’t know they have spares. Very unsettling behaviour…. Dirty sheets. Prepackaged sweet stuff and cake for breakfast, not a single healthy item. Closest thing to fruit was the cheap strawberry yogurt. '

'The room was okay, but the bed was far too soft. It felt old and sagging. The bathrooms were fine but quite outdated. Showering in a bathtub is no longer really of this time. The room was also too warm and could not be cooled with the air conditioning, so I had to open the window, which caused a lot of noise during the night. The biggest problem, however, are the elevators. They are extremely slow and seem to do whatever they want. It is quite dramatic. Every single time I had to wait more...

'Hotel is goed voor doorreis. Beetje vergaande glorie'

'The employees were friendly and helpful, though the hotel is below its 4 star standard. We first got a room (300) that had a very noisy air-condition system. Even though it was turned of it kept making an annoying clicking sound all night long. The next morning we got a new room (121) which was extremely hot. I mean at least 30 degrees.
