  • Mon appartement récemment rénové dans la belle Baia del Silenzio est une fenêtre sur la mer et est situé dans un immeuble typique de la Ligurie.
    Vous l'aimerez pour l'emplacement, le quartier, les espaces extérieurs et intérieurs.Il convient aux couples, aux familles avec enfants et à tous ceux qui veulent profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la mer (pour les enfants il y a un lit Baby Farma pour les enfants) et bien sûr il y a aussi la machine à café Nespresso ainsi que le WIFI gratuit.

    Si vous aimez marcher depuis Sestri Levante, vous pouvez trouver des kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée entre mer et montagne avec possibilité de dégustations locales.
    L'appartement est situé à 50 mètres des meilleurs restaurants et clubs de la région, dans le centre historique, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare pour rejoindre facilement les Cinque Terre, la capitale ligure Gênes avec ses principales attractions telles que les musées, le Aquarium et les palais historiques des Rolli et le célèbre Portofino.
    Les Cinque Terre, Portofino et San Fruttuoso sont également accessibles par mer en bateau depuis le port qui se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied.
    Alternativement, de l'embarcadère sous la maison, vous pouvez embarquer avec le catamaran pour des voyages privés exclusifs.

A beautiful view in a great location

Excellent communication with the owner throughout the process. The apartment is located beachfront with a gorgeous view. All restaurants and shops in the old town are within a few minutes walk. The descriptions of the property are accurate. I would stay here again and recommend that you stay here also

The best location in Sestri Levante

The apartment has gorgeous views of the little bay in front and quiet green space in back. Updated, but with lots of character, there is everything—including an elevator— a family could want for an unforgettable stay in this lovely, lively town.

A Magnificent Five Days

We have rented flats throughout the world, and this one was one of the absolute best. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, and the view was beyond compare. The host left no stone unturned to be certain he had covered any need his guests could possibly have. Wish we could give more than five stars!!!

Such a magnificent location and beautiful apartment that has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Whilst we were there the toaster broke and Alba bought a new one and dropped it off within 24 hours. That was out third stay in the apartment and we have booked a fourth for next year!

Fantastic location with the most gorgeous view of the bay and sunsets. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Beautiful apartment. Lots of space in the apartment. Clean new bathrooms. Serene and peaceful slice of heaven.

Property layout was spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect. Communication with owner was excellent and he always responded immediately. Well equipped with everything you would need and immaculately clean. And of course the breathtaking view the moment you walk into the apartment.I hope I will have a chance to return to this slice of heaven. We stayed 12 nights and there was plenty to do in neighbouring towns up and down the Ligurian coast.

This apartment was amazing. Steps from the sand. Steps from the nearest restaurants and bars and shops. A very walkable town. Really don't need a car. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Towels were large and fluffy. Communication with Alba was easy and he promptly responded to my few inquiries. Would definitely come back to this apartment. We came in the off season, but most restaurants and shops were open, and the beach was pretty quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful!

The position of this property is breathtaking. There is a balcony overlooking the Bay of Silence, and watching the sun on the water was a never ending source of pleasure. The facilities are excellent, and the bottle of Prosecco when we arrived very welcome. Alba was an amazing host, and very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Do specify how many of the three bedrooms (2 with balconies) you wish to use. Bathrooms fabulous. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance, and a well stocked supermarket with a good meat counter.

MAGICAL GEM on the historic Baia di Silenzio

It was hard to leave this lovely 3rd floor apartment (has elevator) with STUNNING views of the Baia di Silenzio! Sunrise, sunset, all day, all night! The location is right on the beach and in the center of old town. Groceries, countless restaurants, and GELATO! Loads of hikes to historic places, also with panoramic views. Water is warm and perfect for swimming! The apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed (love the antique wood furnature), and well equipped for cooking and eating meals at home! Cannot wait to return❤️

Like Heaven in Sestri Levante

We just spent a glorious week in this lovely quirky apartment overlooking the Bay of Silence. It was a risk coming this time of year because of the weather. We can only imagine how much more magical this place would be during warmer months; yet, we were absolutely content exploring without the crowds. Alba was super responsive to all our questions and needs. Our only “struggle” was not being able to find a small enough container of laundry detergent to make it worth using the washer. But we had a sink and soap, no problem! “Want to get away?” - this is the perfect spot between Cinque Terre and Portofino to explore by train between the towns of the region, eat, and relax.

Perfect in every way

We just finished a month-long stay in this beautiful apartment. All of the prior 5-star reviews on both VRBO and Air B&B are well deserved and on point. The hosts are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is very comfortable, thoughtfully furnished, and located in what has to be the best possible spot in all of Sestri Levante, with a breathtaking view over the Bay of Silence from your private balcony. Every morning and every evening found us on the balcony, with the best people-watching spot and panoramic views we could possibly hope for, while surrounded by the comforts of home. We found the beds to be very comfortable, the kitchen perfectly equipped for cooking at home, and the whole unit entirely suited for an extended stay for four adults. A couple of additional details: The air conditioning works very well. It was very helpful to be able to do laundry at home during our extended stay. There is a grocery store nearby, which was very convenient. Our host arranged for a garage parking space for our car and for weekly housekeeping/linen service during our visit, both of which were greatly appreciated. I truly cannot say enough good things about our stay. After spending a month on the Ligurian Riviera, I am quite confident that Sestri Levante is the absolute best place to stay for an extended visit in the region, and that Alba’s apartment is the best place to stay in Sestri Levante. Grazie mille per tutto, Alba!

Wonderful location

We had a great three night stay at Alba's apartment with two friends.Location is excellent with a beautiful view and very close proximity to bars and restaurants. The town is great to explore and you are not that far a walk from the train station.Apartment has excellent air-con when needed and the view from the lounge/TV room is the best.Thoroughly recommended.

Couldn’t Be Any Better

Four “mature” women stayed in this fantastic apartment for 9 days. Mornings were wonderful, afternoons were wonderful, evenings and nights were wonderful. The apartment’s location is excellent and the views are incomparable. And the town is fun to explore and provides easy access to destinations via train, boat and car. All in all an A+.

From the pre arrival communication to the time at the property Alba couldn't be more helpful. The property was spotless and had everything we needed, including the air con. Spectacular Stay in Sestri Levante

My wife and I have been to all 20 regions of Italy over the years, staying in many apartments along the way. We have three favorite apartments in all of Italy: One on the Grand Canal in Venezia, one in the small town of Peschici on the Gargano peninsula along the Adriatic coast and the Apartment in Baia del Silenzio. We love this apartment because of its spaciousness, the fact that its host, Alba, provides much more than anyone requires for a visit and, of course, its incredible location on the Baia del Silenzio and the views that it presents onto the bay. We stayed at the upscale Helvetia Hotel 22 years ago and the Miramar Hotel and Spa last year. Neither of these facilities provides what this apartment provides to its visitors. Nothing compares to this apartment in the lovely and welcoming town of Sestri Levante.
