Villa's in Serangan

'What stood out? It’s the peaceful vibe the surrounding nature gives us. We stayed at tree house villa as we needed the extra bedroom for our family of 4. Recommend this for the extra space. Be ready for the resort’s natural surroundings as that’s part of the overall experience.'

'Bij binnenkomst krijg je meteen de zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Binnenkomen in deze villa is echt een verademing. zoveel rust, en zoveel ruimte. Heerlijke open woonkamer en keuken, en zo je eigen bad induiken. Iedere dag werd dit alles vriendelijk schoongehouden. Lekkere temperatuur, snachts lekker koel in de airco slaapkamers. Slaapkamer boven ook met heerlijke eigen toilet, douche en bad, allemaal in de buitenlucht. Boven ook een mooi buitenligbed, waar we trouwens geen gebruik van hebben...

'We selected this hotel as first stop in Bali, mainly for rest and to get used to head and jetlag. Was a perfect choice for our objectives. Nice place, friendly staff, small but nice pool area. '

'Villas are very spacious, beds are comfortable, everything nice and clean, and location is great too, close to many nice places to eat, pilates studios, walking distance to the beach. One thing to note, there’s no reception/ management on site, we arrived late at night, and unfortunately no one was there to let us into our villa, although I informed the management team that we will be arriving around midnight the day prior. It took few calls & messages to get some attention and 30min later...

'We loved staying at the Villa. As this is a collection of stand-alone properties, there isn't a check in desk or reception, but the communication was great and we got responses all the time. Even before we arrived, they checked in to make sure all was going to be ok for us. We had a friend join us for a couple of nights and he actually arrived first - I emailed his number to them and they met him at the villa and checked him in first. Great service. We all had massages in the villa which...

'Het verblijf was werkelijk fantastisch. Het hotel is wel echt gericht op stellen gezien de hoge romantische gehalte. Als vrienden of alleen wordt je hier niet gelukkig.'
