You are renting the full apartment. Some closets and storage area cannot be used.

Other Things to Note:
The house has two rooms with double beds so 2 people could sleep in each room. We also have one sofa bed in the living room so 2 people could sleep in the living room. So 6 people could stay in this house total.

◆ Bed set up
Our basic pricing is for 4 people but we could offer 6 people which means 3 beds set up with charge for the stay so please let us know if you want 3 beds for your stay. Otherwise we set up the house for 4 people which means 2 beds set up. (1 bed for each bed room)

BED set up The standard setup is 2 guests per bed. If you require a different setup please contact us well in advance so we can make the required arrangements. Extra bed can be added for KRW 60,000.

◆ LINEN set up
The standard setup is 2 guests per bed with one big linen ( duvet for a double bed ). If you require a different setup please contact us well in advance so we can make the required arrangements. Extra bed linens can be added for KRW 40,000.

◆ Parking
Paid parking off premises. / Public street parking.

◆ Closed Circuit Video Surveillance (CCTV)
In the hallways outside the apartment CCTV is in use. If there are more guests in the apartment then on the reservation then this will be reported. This is a big violation of trust and as a result the reservation will be cancelled for the remainder of the booking. In this case you will lose all fees and nightly charges in addition to your full deposit. To avoid this situation please get in touch timely so that the reservation can be amended.
