« Arrived late in the day and was welcomed by the owner and taken to our room, it was super spotlessly clean and smelt really nice, very comfortable bed and awesome shower perfect room for 2 Next morning we were greeted with a friendly smile and a good morning then told breakfast was included in our room rate, we were given a small but super tasty menu and cooked a very fresh and super tasty breakfast by the other owner and delivered with a friendly smile and enjoy and it filled the spot, awesome...

« Lovely place to stay. When we arrived, the property was very clean and looked newly refurbished, but the most stunning was the panoramic view of the ocean. Usually we eat out when we’re on holiday but it was so nice in the property that we went to the grocers in the next town and cooked for ourselves. Then walking along the beach just across the road. The sunrise in the mornings are a joy to watch. A few basic supplies were also left for us. Well done to Lisa for a most enjoyable stay :) »

« Omdat één van ons ziek was hebben we om een vroege incheck gevraagd. We kregen keurig een berichtje dat de kamer klaar was op het door ons gevraagde tijdstip. Enorm fijn. »

« I had a lovely albeit short stay at Hawkdun Rise. Suzanne and John are wonderful hosts who make you feel at home. The interior could be slightly more modern for my personal taste but everything was very clean and well kept. And you can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into creating a space in which their guests can feel comfortable and welcome. Need to try their Gewürztraminer! »
