Appartementen in Pad Rondom de Tatra Bergen

'Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with...

'Super miejsce do spędzenia czasu w górach'

'The room was amazing, really gave ski vibes. Owners were brilliant as well, super helpful and kind.'

'Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. Expedia did not communicate this and I wouldn't have booked if I had known. Otherwise the property is fine, though there are big rotten holes in the patio -...

'Cold in the room, the radiators doesn't work. Staff ignored me and no one came to solve this problem. I'm very disappointed. I've wasted more money on medication than on any pleasures.'

'Clean space and really nice location, beautiful views from the balcony'

'Appartement had eigen ingang. Alles schoon, prima keuken, groot tweepersoons bed (en een stapelbed en een los bed). Parkeren kan op straat voor de deur. Supermarkt vlakbij. Aardige mensen, zoon sprak zeer goed engels. '

'Beautiful property with beautiful view to the mountains. Very clean, modern and quiet. I would definitely come back.'

'The apartment was very clean and very well located — close to Zakopane’s main street, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. It was also well equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen/living room area included a Smart TV, which was a particularly nice extra. The host was also very responsive and always replied promptly via WhatsApp, which was greatly appreciated. There is, however, one important point I would like to mention for future guests. When booking, it is...

'Incredibly clean, modern, airy, lots of natural light, and comes with a parking spot.'

'We were asked to pay a deposit of 500 PLN upon check-in, which we did. At check-out, we were told that the deposit would be transferred as soon as they had checked the room. When I tried messaging them after 2 days, we heard nothing back. It is now more than a month since we checked out, and we have neither received a response nor our money back.'
