A perfect lake front get-away on Lake Keowee in Seneca South Carolina! Relax by the pool overlooking the lake, or on the front porch in the shade doing the same. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

This single-story home has been newly renovated to include a modern updated kitchen with lots of workspace and dedicated coffee bar.

The kitchen overlooks the pool, deck and almost half mile view up the lake. It is the perfect place to entertain guests, while still being able to keep an eye on the kids in the pool (of course, kids should never swim unsupervised). The backyard is fenced in as well perfect for all your furry friends!

There are 5 bedrooms total sleeping 18 guests in beds. Two have king beds, two have queen beds, and the fifth is the bunk room. It contains 4 bunk beds - two twin over twins, and two twin over fulls.

Out front, the lot is mostly level and covered in grass, perfect for a volley ball net or whatever. There is a large dock to tie your boat to, and a boat ramp on the property to launch and retrieve your boats or jet skis. Alternatively, the marina is only a couple hundred yards up the street, so is the Tiki Hut, a local bar and grill. However, it is private, so you'll need to get a membership in advance.

If you are thinking of renting a boat, contact me. We have a pontoon boat that we rent with the property to qualified persons upon request with an additional charge.

There are many shops and unique restaurants right up the road. With Clemson University about 8 miles away, and even on game day, traffic is not bad from this direction. If the outdoors is for you there are quite a few hiking trials and waterfalls to visit in the nearby area. Chattooga River is only about 30 minutes and offers some fantastic whitewater rafting for any skill level.

Normal check in as 4 p.m. An early check in may be possible. If interested, please ask, and we'll see if we can accommodate.

My family had a great time at this lake house. We also had pool volleyball tournaments wvery day in the pool. Location was great. We also went white water rafting on the Chattanooga River, which is only about 30 minutes from the house.

There were several things that I was not pleased with- cleanliness could improve. It air vents had not been changed in months! We changed them ourselves! Landscape could use some TLC just to improve the quality of the property so you could actually see the sunrise and lake view. Overall we had a great time, but there was so much improvement that could make this place such a better place. Please get rid of the pontoon boat, so that the dock could be enjoyed! Cleanliness can definitely be improved!

House well equipped with all kitchen necessities, house and beach towels, wonderful well maintained pool. 5 bedroom, 3.5 baths, all we needed for our 3 generation family stay. Great week at the lake

We thoroughly enjoyed stay at this property. It worked great for us with four teenagers to entertain. We rented a boat from the marina and had no trouble using the dock to come and go. The house is well played out and equipped with anything you might need. The host was quick to respond to questions and even offered suggestions for things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Clemson Football Weekend

Spent the weekend with family for a Clemson football game. House is great!! Beautiful porch looking at the lake, nice fenced in backyard for our dog, and a great big kitchen which made for a nice gathering space. It was close to the grocery store and just a quick ride to campus, We would definitely stay again!

Lakehouse Family Fun

We had a great time. The lake house is absolutely beautiful with beautiful views. The kayaks, provided, were so fun, the kids enjoyed the pool.... but.... the spiders are no joke. We'd clean the webs but a few hours later they were up again, so if you have arachnophobia :) ........ Thank you to the manager who answered all my calls and texts immediately, he was very pleasant. I would definitely rent again.

Very nice vacation house

Love the one floor living. The bedrooms are spread out which is nice for privacy and noise. Large nicely stocked kitchen. We loved the pool and the lake views! The master bedroom is great with a huge lovely bath. My only complaint is the master bed mattress is too soft.

Loved this property, beds were comfy, pool great! Manager was very attentive when we called and needed some assistance. House is still under renovations and not quite done but updates are nice, it really needs a deep cleaning of floors but we would stay again.

Best Lake-cation ever

Lake Keowee is absolutely beautiful. Whether skiing, swimming, tubing or just cruising it is a stress free water environment for all ages. The children and teenagers enjoyed the pool and were happy to have their “animal siblings” with them. The floor plan of the house allowed us to separate grandchildren, adults and grandparents. That was a significant plus.

Best place on the lake.

We have stayed on the lake many time. This place has been the best. Nice quiet cove but close to the main channel. The marina is just on the other side of the peninsula. Close to anything you need. Just an awesome place. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

The view of the lake was amazing! Sunrises are soooo beautiful! The house was very nice, spacious, and in a location close to everything you could want; restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, lakes all around. The dogs really loved the fenced back yard.

Great Lake location

We love the home and the location. Within minutes of everything. The view of the lake was great from the big front porch and the pool deck area house well laid out for large groups, driveway large enough to accommodate 5 vehicles. Kitchen was very nice with lots of room and well designed. We had a great time and would definitely rent this property again.
