The villa has 4 carefully decorated rooms, distributed across two floors, and 3 complete bathrooms. The rooms located on the upper floor have air conditioning, which ensures a comfortable stay even during the hottest months.



Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious garden area, barbecue, and a private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off while enjoying the landscape. The outdoor dining area invites long evenings outdoors under the starry sky.



Moreover, its location is ideal for exploring both the nature of the Serra de Tramuntana and the beaches of the northern part of the island, which are less than 30 minutes away by car.
