It has an independent kitchen with a ceramic hob and everything necessary to cook your favourite dishes.

Outside, it has a porch equipped with a barbecue and grill area, an ideal space to gather with family and share pleasant moments and with an open-air parking with two parking spaces.

The dining room, spacious and bright, has air conditioning, satellite television and free WiFi for your comfort and entertainment.

The three bedrooms, located on the ground floor, have double beds, offering a comfortable and peaceful rest. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower.

- Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A fixed charge of €0.41/kWh will be applied for electricity consumption, to be paid at the end of the stay.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Heating (optional) for an extra €1.15/L.
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
