Great apartment with private garden and pool in the town of Selva. It has capacity for 6 guests.
Outside, the fabulous pool and garden -with loungers for sunbathing- ensure total enjoyment of the good weather on the island. The salt water pool measures 9 x 4.5 while the depth ranges between 1.1 and 1.9 meters. Next to it we find the furnished porch that features the barbecue area. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The house is located on the first floor of the building. It offers a wonderful terrace overlooking the pool and the mountains and it's furnished in order to enjoy your meals and dinners with the family. Inside, you find a cosy living room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Next to it you find the dining area. The separate kitchen -also with AC- is equipped with a ceramic hob and also offers a table with chairs in case you prefer to eat there. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house offers 3 bedrooms, all of them with AC: 1 with twin beds, aand two with a double bed, one of them with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the rest of the house. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating and there is also a cot and a high chair in case you travel with your baby.

The property is located in Selva, a pretty village at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is the ideal starting point to get to know the island since the nearest beach, Puerto de Alcudia, is only 23 km away. The town offers all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The weekly market takes place on Wednesdays and there you can buy local and seasonal products. The nearest golf course is the Pollensa Golf course, located 21 km from the property.
