The Villa Rosa is an apartment house with 19 apartments, which was built in 2012 on a 1200 sqm large hillside plot in the well-known Wilhelmstrasse. It fits into the series of magnificent villas in the style of the resort architecture, which make up the charm of the street. Numerous small shops and restaurants invite you to stroll. From the two roof terraces that belong to the apartment, enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Sellin in the south on the Wilhelmstraße and the Friedensberg to the sea in the north.

The lovingly furnished country house 67 sqm Non smoking apartment is located in the 3rd Floor of the Villa Rosa. As a three-room apartment offers you enough space for 2 to 4 adults and 1 toddler (up to 3 years in travel cot). The high quality equipment of the apartment guarantees a carefree holiday. The spacious kitchenette offers a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, various kitchen tools and a cozy dining area with 4 chairs. In fine weather, you can also convert the roof terrace (south / west and north / west) to a dining area. This is completed by a private beach chair and limited sea views. The adjacent and tastefully furnished living area with 2 leather couches and coffee table, sideboard with 40 Full HD TV with Blu-Ray player, music system and glass cabinet round off the coziness. You do not have to do without Internet access (WLAN). This is included for you. All rooms have a high quality vinyl floor, tiles and underfloor heating. In the large bedroom with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), 7-zone cold foam mattresses, adjustable bed bases, dessert trays and wardrobe you will also find a TV. From here you can access the roof terrace. The small bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (extendable up to a sleeping area of 1.60 m x 2.00 m), 7-zone cold foam mattress, dessert tray and wardrobe. The center of the bath is a modern washing area, a 0.90 m x 0.90 m large corner shower with shallow entry, hair dryer and a washing machine (included). A private underground parking space (number 20) is available to you inclusive. In the basement you will also find a large lockable bike room and an extra room for children and carts. The elevator will take you comfortably to the apartment. On the ground floor of Villa Rosa you will find a small chargeable spa area with sauna, steam sauna, shower and relaxation room. The small garden behind the house is available to all guests. There is a barbecue area and a small playground. 1x stable cot (1.20 m x 0.60 m, without Bettinlett) and 1x highchair are included for our younger guests. Pets are not allowed.  The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
