On the ground floor there are a living room with sofa bed and satellite plasma TV, a large dining room with fireplace, a kitchen with oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, a pantry with oven, microwave, espresso machine and freezer , a double bedroom with satellite TV and exit to the garden, a large bathroom with shower, a laundry room, a fitness room with sauna, whirlpool and treadmill. On the first floor there are a large living room with fireplace opening onto two loggias and the garden with a big satellite plasma TV and a loft with living / meditation room, a double bedroom with four poster bed and satellite TV, a bathroom with a large shower, a double bedroom with loft with a round bed and satellite TV.

Prices include water, gas, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly). Electricity to be paid on the spot € 100.00 per week.
Any heating consumption is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Baby cot € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
