Listing Space

Step outside to the deck for coffee at sunrise, or end the day by the fire pit beneath the stars. With open spaces designed for connection and comfort, this Sedona home invites you to slow down and take in every view.

Sleeping arrangements
- Bedroom 1: 1 king bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed and 1 single bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed and 1 single bed

This home accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 5 beds. The beds are high end foam mattress with 100% cotton sateen sheets, allergy free duvet and pillows. Bedroom 1 has a private en-suite bathroom stocked with luxurious soaps and the softest towels. A second full bathroom serves the lower level, and a half bathroom is located near the master bedroom.

Living areas
Settle into the expansive living room where glass doors and large windows frame Sedona’s signature red rock views. Relax on the sofa by the gas fireplace, watch TV, or catch up on work using the dedicated workspace with wifi and Ethernet connection. The open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, allowing conversation to flow easily throughout.

Kitchen & dining
Cook and dine in a space that makes preparing meals a pleasure. The kitchen features Upscale Cafe appliances, an induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and cooking basics. A drip and Keurig coffee maker keep your mornings simple, and both indoor and outdoor dining options let you enjoy every meal your way.

Outdoor living
From the private patio, soak in panoramic views of the red rocks. Enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining area, fire up the BBQ grill, or gather around the fire pit for quiet evenings under the desert sky.

Amenities & extras
Air conditioning, heating, and room-darkening shades keep the home comfortable day and night. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, washer, dryer, and ironing supplies are included. Guests will also find board games for family fun, and home safety features like smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Exterior security cameras and a doorbell camera are installed.

Access & layout
Enter through a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock. A staircase leads to the main level with the kitchen, living room, dining area, powder room, and master suite. The lower level includes Bedrooms 2 and 3 and the second full bathroom. Free parking on the premises, luggage dropoff, and long term stays are welcome. Exercise equipment and a private gym in building offer additional convenience for extended stays.

The guests will have access to the entire home with no shared spaces.
