This unique and spacious home provides the perfect juxtaposition of luxury and comfort. With amazing architecture inside the home, breathtaking views from your windows and the hot tub, there isn’t a spot that won’t amaze. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is spacious, and clean. The incredible masonry in the home make the space an architectural masterpiece. With well thought design and spacing, it is easy to sit and enjoy any part of the home.

The dining room table coverts into table tennis. Just remove the center wood panel.

Guests have access to the entire home, the hot tub, as well as the front porch and back yard

The Chapel Vista neighborhood is in a perfectly quiet location, close enough to uptown for a short drive to the best restaurants and shops but even closer, within walking distance, to some of the best trails Sedona has to offer. You’ll have views of the top iconic formations in all of Sedona. You may even encounter local wildlife including the adorable Gambel Quails and their chicks. NOTE: Please be careful and do not feed the javelinas or any other wildlife in the area.
1. Please remove dirty shoes before entering the home.
2. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes or illegal drugs on premises.
3. Do not feed wildlife
4. Please keep yard gate shut at all times
5. No parties or events of any kind per strict Sedona event ordinance
6. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

Breaking any rule above can result up to $1,000 fine in addition to damages done to the property
