Pros: The kitchen was welled stocked with lots of options for coffee. Great grill and outside dining option. Convenient location. Great workout room. Cons:The deck needs repair/refinishing. Dinning room table needs to be refinished. Some of the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Three neighborhood pt cats woke us up multiple nights fighting outside our window. Some furnishings/decor is out of date.

This house was perfect for our girls trip of 8 woman. The views were incredible. Location is near many trailheads you can access by walking. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna during our trip. Ample room for everyone to congregate or spread out to relax. This was by far the best well-stocked house I've rented. We cooked dinners in and had pots, pans, and dishes for our large group. This place is excellent for bigger groups. Book this house, it's amazing!

Perfect family home

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break. It had a full gym and sauna as well as a swimming pool and hot tub. We were able to get our workout in before exploring Sedona and going to the Grand Canyon. It was also within close proximity of hiking trails.

Great property

This is a beautiful property with great views. We had 12 girls stay here celebrating a birthday. I only gave a four for the check-in process because there were some information I was wanting prior to us getting to Sedona and I did not receive that information. Once we were there, the host was extremely responsive to text message. They offer a heated pool but in the winter.(we went in November) it’s still a little bit too chilly to be comfortable. The hot tub is gray and sees about six people comfortably. We saw wildlife, including birds, Javelina and some bats who were coming to the pool for a drink of water.. there was also a concerning scratching noise going on at night, but we figured it was a bobcat or some other sort of wild animal. Overall, this property is clean comfortable and spacious. I would recommend. it is in close proximity to several restaurants, shopping and hiking.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Location was nice and quiet and close to a lot of Sedona activities. Our only real complaint was the house's need for some basic maintenance. Faucet handles were loose, cupboard doors were about to fall off, doorknobs also about to come off, etc. A little handyman TLC would make this place 5 stars.

We loved your home and what it had to offer. Our boys loved the basement! And pool! But the maintenance is lacking. Weeds growing in backyard, we attempted to remove pool toys but they were infested with spiders. The floating tubes were split and one was full of spiders. Front of hot tub coming off, trellises covering underside of patio near pool coming off. No handrails on stairs and pool is very dangerous for older people and children. Rug on outdoor patio near kitchen ragged. Table in dining room has nails poking out on corners and my son cut his hand on one. Many of these could be easily fixed. I, Mom, am very aware of surroundings and the safety of my family.

Great location and view from the backyard.

Pretty good the main disappointment was the pool didn’t look very clean, they said it was windy, but I just didn’t look like a nice clean pool. They had somebody come clean it up, but we ended up never using it. On the other hand, the gym was great. Excellent equipment and, better than expected Paths were walkable in the neighborhood and two different trailheads, and the back deck was great dinners and the kitchen was well appointed Beds were comfortable Kitchen cabinets didn’t look very good some weird top of cabinet issues. Overall, we had a great stay

Perfect house for us

The house is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for us and the pictures are spot on!! We had a fabulous family week for a special birthday. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working for our week. The hosts were very responsive and refunded our heated pool payment immediately. Do not hesitate to book. The house and the red rocks is all you need for a wonderful Sedona vacation

Spacious and accommodating!

This home is little older, but in a nice neighborhood and in a great location. Walk to Safeway, Starbucks, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the grandkids. The huge home gym was a hit with the adults! Extremely comfortable beds. Stocked well. Massive tv’s in every room. Clean, but well used. Responsive owner. Thank you!

Amazing stay in Sedona

We had the best time in Sedona. The property is amazing with stunning views and everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful and you just can’t beat the views. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and the gym was definitely unexpected. The property is in a beautiful area, and everything was super smooth from check in to check out. I would definitely recommend.
