We know there are cheaper rentals out there, and if money is an issue, we understand; we are not striving to be the cheapest. We are striving to be the very best value for your dollar! We are positive that the space we offer is worth every penny and even more. There is a pool, tennis courts, hot tubs, pool table, covered parking, and BBQs. It's a vacation! It's your choice.
This space is "our space"; it has a unique sense of Europe. It's very clean and very comfortable. We minimize the use of chemicals in all of our personal spaces at home; bleach very rarely; almost all of our house is cleaned with vinegar and baking soda only. The same is true in this unit. We clean it ourselves: It is spotless. We personally attend to every detail.
This is our unit. We own it and operate it. Alicia and I treat this space as though we live here. This is not being handled by a management company. You will deal directly with us. As we both have our own jobs, there may be several hours delay in getting back to you; but, believe me, we will. Thanks for your patience. If you have any questions during your stay, call us.
