The view from the front porch is amazing! We watched the sun rise every morning over the mountains and it was breathtaking. We also loved seeing the javalinas cruise by in the morning. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could want. Highly recommend!
The home was just as described and was perfect for our family of 6. Close to everything, amazing views, and gave us enough space to relax after coming back from a long day outdoors. Would definitely stay again when back in Sedona!
We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Sedona. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. But the real highlight was the view. The red rocks were absolutely stunning from every angle. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to all the hiking trails, shops, and restaurants Sedona has to offer. We couldnât have asked for a better home base for our trip.Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a scenic, comfortable, and memorable stay in Sedona. Weâd come back in a heartbeat!
Family came from Colorado and from California and met at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sedona and took advantage of all of the beautiful attractions surrounding this property
Great place to stay. Easy to get to town. Unit management were very responsive and promptly addressed and questions or concerns we had when we texted them. Check out was super easy. We would stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
The house and location is beautiful. There was some dog fur, dirty floor, and dirty blanket. The shower had a slow drain in the master bedroom. Shower/tub in middle of house was nice and clean. I enjoyed the care and personal touch of the owners. You can tell they love their home. View and location are superb. The check in time felt super late at 4pm. Felt like we received 2.5 days for paying for 3. I didnât enjoy the incoming texts from property managers about option for paying 100 more for early and late check in options. Didnât feel accommodating. Felt pushy / salesman like. Overall we had a positive experience.
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The neighborhood reminded us of a park and really was a treat to just walk around. We spent a lot of time on the front porch taking in the awesome view of the red rock. The kitchen had most everything we needed. Unfortunately conveniences such as sandwich bags and tin foil are becoming less available at VRBOs due to people stealing. That was the case with this rental. Come on people! That's a bad look.
The property was just as described, I would say the views were even better than the pictures! Perfect location to get to all shopping/restaurants/hiking in the area. The house had everything we needed. We had a great time, would stay here again!
This home worked well for us as a couple and our college aged son on his Spring Break. Pros are location, views from the home, well equipped kitchen, nice dining area, great heater that kept the home very comfortable (outside so quiet), quiet neighborhood where signs everywhere say "no short term rentals", availability of nice walks and all attractions and restaurants in Sedona. Cons are the home is a bit dated (large bedrooms, but small bathrooms, not the best beds, both on platforms like apartment living, home is basically an upstairs 1 story that requires a stair climb from the driveway to unpack (snow and ice, on slippery surfaces while we were there), no garage access which would have made it so much easier to load our car, deck has many soft spots which is odd for a Trex surface, and houses with windows line the backyard so you'd feel on display from both the road and homes if you were using it. At the time we booked, this home was a good deal at under 400 so we felt like we got what we paid for in this area, but I wouldn't be happy paying any more. Also, we were 3 adults, with the limited space and living room furniture, and downstairs bedroom set up for kids without a bathroom, probably not suitable for a larger group. We had a nice week and can recommend this place if it's limitations are understood.
The house was so clean and cute. Perfect space for our group. They had a red rock pass for us to use which was a bonus! Great hiking and adorable little town. Recommend for sure!
The house was very clean and had all amenities. It even had a smart watch charger in the master bedroom. Plenty of board games. Very nice master bathroom. Amazing balcony views. Kureg in kitchen. TVs utilize smart tech so we can use our streaming accounts and kids can watch YouTube. Dog friendly and even had a baby gate so our blind dog disnt fall down the stairs.
House and view were perfect. It would have been nice to have had more amenities. Had to use the same towels all week and there was not any detergent for laundry.
If you are an active person or group, this place will work out very well. Very close to town if you want to walk. Convenient to great mountain bike and hiking trails and a great place to relax after an event filled day. We had our small dog with us and the place was a great place to take him for a walk each morning. I rate this place very high. Here are a couple things to keep in mind. We struggled with the comfort of the master bed. Ended up switching rooms. Could be just us but we woke sore each morning and had tough sleep nights until we moved to the extra room. Also, we are from Idaho and are aware of coyotes so we were prepared. For those that are not, take your dog out on a leash. Our little guy was nearly a meal if we were not prepared. We saw them on 2 of our mornings. Just some words of advice as that would be a real trip ender.
