A Beautiful Cozy Cottage in West Sedona

Welcome to Sedona! This Cozy Studio Cottage is all NEW and private. It is in a quiet, yet centrally located neighborhood in West Sedona. You will be in close distance to shops and spas, restaurants, movie theater and hiking trails. All furniture and appliances are new! Rest up in comfort and feel rejuvenated when you go back home!
NOTE: Please be aware of the policies and rules of my cottage. No animals allowed due to allergies. No smoking or vaping allowed in the premises in addition to inside the cottage.
There is also camera surveillance outside the cottage and premises for safety precautions. Thank you.
The space:
The 300 square foot studio has all new appliances and furniture and all the comforts of being on vacation! The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove top and a microwave oven. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a variety of breakfast bars available.
Note: The kitchen is suitable for simple meals, not gourmet cooking. Please do not cook fish or any other foods that produce pungent or lasting odors!
The queen size bed has a gel memory foam mattress and an additional comfort top!
Guest access:
This is a studio cottage that is totally separate from my home. It is completely private. You have one free parking space on the right side of the studio. The entrance is to the left side of studio. Key is placed in a lock box.
Other things to note:
It is very quiet and dark at night. Sedona is a "Dark Sky Community". You are welcome to walk in my private back yard and use the patio chairs to see the beautiful stars at night!
