Hardwood flooring runs throughout the space, while mini-split AC and heating units in every room keep the home comfortable year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances, including a dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a coffee pot, and an island/bar area that works perfectly for casual meals or gathering at the end of the day.

Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and vanities, with the primary bath featuring an oversized single vanity for additional space and convenience. A washer and dryer are also included.
