Perfect condo in Bellevue

We loved everything about this condo. The condo was incredibly clean, well organized and beautifully decorated. We did not need a thing as it was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and condo was quiet, even equipped with black-out drapes. You are within walking distance to restaurants shopping and within a 15 minute drive to Seattle. The host was very gracious and easy to reach. We were even greeted with a hand written welcome note when we arrived. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

I can't say enough wonderful things about working with the condo owner. Great location to downtown Bellevue and the medical facility where I was having surgery. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Wonderful stay

We had the best time in Rita's Bellevue condo. The location is great -easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo is perfect. The Christmas tree and lights, table settings, and evergreen decor just made it even more special. We will definitely be staying here again next time we return to Bellevue.

Convenient and comfortable

We are always looking for a place with a nice kitchen and room to work remotely and this place checked those boxes perfectly. The location is close to Bellevue restaurants and shopping and quick access into Seattle. The bed was comfortable and the host provided a variety of pillow types, which was greatly appreciated.

Great stay!

The place was clean, had great instruction from Rita, but was really hard to find when we were getting in at midnight. That’s my only complaint. Rita’s place had temp control in each room and extra blankets / pillows/ towels. I would suggest leaving some water instead of chocolate as a welcome gift. We were thirsty when we got in :)

Magical

I cannot recommend this property and Rita enough. First, the location is a dream. You’re 3 blocks from the city center, yet when you turn into the complex it’s like you’re in the quietest oasis. The property is spotless and has so many wonderful touches. While we didn’t bring our children, we can see why this would be perfect for those with kids. She has so many games and baby gear to make it easy. Only thing- the property is up one set of gradual stairs and then 1 flight- not a big deal but important to know. Both bedrooms have queen beds with lovely linens and it’s so calmly decorated. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. We really enjoyed working and vacationing here. Rita is amazing. She’s so responsive-the first night we came the portable a/cs were set up in both bedrooms but we inquired about one for the main room. Even though it wasn’t that hot, she was worried about an impending heat wave (ha Seattle, come to DC) and made it happen. I only have positive things to say. Enjoy your time there- we did- and we plan to be back!

Wonderful woodsy yet modern and spacious condo

This apartment in Bellevue combines modern conveniences and the feeling of being in the Pacific Northwest. This top level unit looks out over trees and the nearby pool and features a very nice outdoor cafe table and chairs where you can eat breakfast. Inside the two bedrooms are identical so that if you are two couples traveling together, no one is disadvantaged. Bathrooms are spacious and there is a ton of closet space, The kitchen is well appointed and includes some appliances that I tried for the first time such as the rice cooker and air fryer. There is even a juicer and smoothie maker. Beds are comfortable and Rita, the host offers a variety of pillow options! Speaking of the host, Rita was amazing. She checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family lives in Bellevue and we plan on returning to this condo whenever we are in the area. Thanks Rita for a great stay!

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at Rita's place! She is a fabulous host, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. So many details are in place to make sure that we were comfortable. It was easy to walk to the park and mall from the condo. We also enjoyed walking throughout the neighborhood. The condo has everything needed for an easy trip - even some fun board games that we enjoyed playing! We really had a nice time here!

A gem for adults or families

This place is wonderful. Location is great and everything is not only clean but set up so hospitable— from additional tooth brushes to a dining table set, to a fun tent and toys set up for our toddler. We were able to use the stroller and high chair (and bibs and plate!!) for him as well that rita provided, too! She also set up a crib for us. If you have little kids, this place is a no brainer. Great for adults too. Communication was easy and swift. Zero issues. We travel frequently to this area and feel fortunate to have found this place. Rita is a wonderful host. You’ll enjoy staying here and most importantly won’t have to worry about a thing.

Central, Clean & fully equipped

Our stay was a mix of business and pleasure, this property was just perfect. Walking distance to downtown Bellevue (as per European standard at least 😉), quick on highway, parking available, quiet and top standard equipped. We enjoy going to Bellevue and this location was walking distance to the mall and to the Kids Musqueam. We loved the fact that Rita set up a kids tent and area for our 2 year old and our 6 year old who played as well. Rita was quick to respond to any questions we had. Amazing location and host

Rita is a great host, she’s very responsive and quick to resolve issues. The property itself is in an awesome location in downtown Bellevue, central to alot of the surrounding Greater Seattle area. Make sure u mention kids if u have, Rita has special items like cribs and high chairs to provide. There is a dedicated parking spot and plenty of guest parking. The property inside has alot of what you need, one thing we wish it had was more kitchen utensils and better quality pans but minor things. We had two kids and it was a great place to stay for us.

Visiting family in Bellevue

Our host thought of everything to make us comfortable and feel welcomed. All the amenities were impressive. Every room's decor is tastefully done. The location was central to everywhere we traveled. We would definitely choose this property again.
