Just like the neighborhood in which it is located, our studio is filled with comfort and in a safe, modern and secure building. Enjoy the view of Millionaire Row along with the modern amenities included in the space - a kitchen fully stocked with all the necessities to prepare your own meal, a huge shower to wash away the sweat from a night dancing at a local venue, and a comfortable bed to recover from the excitement you are sure to experience during your stay.

You will be staying in an apartment, which means - NEIGHBORS. We ask that you be as mindful of others in our space as I am sure you are in your own. We expect the same respect for all common areas - try not to be disruptive to the other residents and please clean up after yourself. This is Capitol Hill, parking is hard to come by.

Situated just east of downtown Seattle & described as the LGBTQ hub of the city, Capitol Hill boasts both metropolitan buzz and scenic, tree-lined streets. The restaurants, like the neighborhood itself, are eclectic, welcoming & global. Capital Hill shops are the perfect place to buy locally-made crafts, art, jewelry, or that unique gift for a loved one that you just can't find anywhere else. Local Volunteer Park provides a solid respite from the bustle of the city - stroll along the paths of one of Seattle's most well-known parks, meander through the Seattle Asian Art Museum, or bask in the sight and floral aroma of the Volunteer Park Conservatory.
