FRANKIE’S ON EASTLAKE is a spacious retreat owned by two families, thoughtfully designed for other families & groups. Built in the quintessential Craftsman style that is much-loved in Seattle, this charming home has hosted generations of gatherings. OVERVIEW
Located on a hill (like so much of Seattle) this home has three, bright levels, each with a bathroom. Group gathering areas – living room, kitchen, dining room & patio – are all found on the main floor. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs, and an additional bedroom and sleeping/gathering spaces can be found on the lower level.

ROOM-BY-ROOM
------Main Floor------
Our spacious Living Room features plenty of seating for everyone with views of the city, day & night. The room also boasts a fireplace (non-working) and a large TV with multiple host-provided streaming services. The Dining Room provides formal seating for 10+, a charming Tiffany-style light fixture and gorgeous original wood paneling.

And while the dining room may be original, our kitchen is fresh & modern! This inviting space boasts arching windows and French doors to the back patio, a wood-block island, and all the amenities of home. We provide guests with a microwave, toaster, blender, cutting boards, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, BBQ tools, cooking sheets, salad spinner, colander, measuring cups, knives, mixing bowls, glass bakeware, SS pots & pans, Pyrex storage containers and so much more. Guests will also find endless empty cupboards and pull-out drawers for meal storage.

------Upper Level------
Upstairs, guests will find three bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom. All bedrooms in the home feature brand new mattresses, fresh linens, blackout blinds, dressers and luggage racks. Bedroom #1, located furthest from the stairs, boasts truly stunning views of Seattle, a Queen Bed, and additional closet space. Next door, Bedroom #2 also has a Queen Bed and hanging closet space. Bedroom #3 features Two Twin Beds and closet space, as well as outlet covers and safety window latches for any younger visitors.

------Lower Level------
The downstairs boasts plenty of windows and the third bathroom in the home. Here, guests will also find our largest bedroom, featuring a Queen Bed and en suite office. Perfect for families or working professionals, this room includes a Full pull-out sofa bed, desk, and smart TV – making this room truly versatile as an additional sleeping space, an office, or simply a private sitting area for the attached bedroom.

Also located on the lower level is the cozy Game Room. Here smaller groups can gather for a calm movie night…or a competitive game on the XBOX One! This room features a full convertible lounger that can provide additional sleeping space. Guests will also find the generous laundry room with a second full-sized refrigerator.

OUTSIDE AREA
Guests can't miss our cozy patio space, located just through the kitchen French doors. This private corner has just enough seating to relax while you use the BBQ and enjoy our Seattle skies.

Our home is located in an upper pocket of Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood, conveniently located to the freeway & public transportation. The area is a vibrant, urban community nestled along the shores of Lake Union, located minutes from the downtown core. Eastlake combines natural beauty, architectural charm, and urban convenience into a distinctive walkable neighborhood that appeals to those who want a quieter side of Seattle without sacrificing access to the city.
