Nice hotel, right downtown Seattle, and very close to Pike Market. Staff were both pleasant and helpful. We would stay there again. Football and baseball stadiums are a 30 minute walk approximately.

Property was clean and not to far from pike place market. Also there is a homeless problem in the city but i never seen any around the property when we stayed

We enjoyed our stay, staff and services were excellent. However there was no closet rod for hanging up clothes, just hooks at the entrance. The bathroom was large but not functional, lacking counter space and towel bars in inappropriate places.

The Hilton Motif was a good centrally located hotel that was clean and safe. The only issues that we had was having to ask for towels each day, insufficient water pressure in the shower, lack of an airport shuttle, and insufficient coffee and/or condiments in the room. The hotel staff added towels each day but were usually the incorrect amount. Overall, we had an enjoyable visit to the hotel and would probably stay again.

There was no shampoo in the room(room phone doesn't work) so I told the front desk,but no one was coming so my family used shower jel instead of shampoo.And the next morning I found shampoo in front of my door.I don't know when it came.Guess it's probably past midnight or early in the morning. Also there is the worst hair dryer.It's so dirty and the handle is very sticky.No one wants to touch it. The wooden door to the bathroom was ridiculous.I tried to close it and it would just open itself so the door don't work in the room.I'll never stay at Hilton Motif Seattle again.

Place was dirty, service was poor and food was mediocre. They brought room service in a paper bag and gave us plastic cutlery. Not up to regular Hilton standards and should not advertise as one. never came and cleaned our room.

On the plus side, staff was very friendly. Area was convenient. Room was clean, beds comfortable. BUT...phone did not work in room,repeated attempts were made to correct this. When purchasing from conveience food area we were charged to our room, when we paid for items with credit card - this was corrected. Worst - when Hilton staff called for cab - to be no more expensive than a yellow cab - the driver tried to charge us $60 to travel 1.5. Miles to the train station! This was not acceptable. We paid $15. Which was what we had paid previously. We won't use this hotel in future.

Took a bad fall getting out of the shower/bathtub. Non-slip stickers in the tub would be a good idea.

Very nice stay at the Motif, the parking garage is a little frustrating though. Our room keys were supposed to allow us to leave/enter without a fee but would never work, had to call the front desk everytime but they were happy to help.

The waitress was friendly and good. The front desk staff were pretty good. The air conditioning did not work. The outdoor dining area was dirty. The parking was $77- ridiculous- i parked elsewhere. There is no spa. There was an additional fee tacked on. The room itself was fine, clean, with good towels. But nothing fancy for the price.

Great location. Was able to walk to most places and attractions. Only con would be the showers that looked really worn down and dingy. Great staff and spacious rooms.

Arrived at 4:00 for check in and there was a lot of confusion on if there was a room ready for us. It took 3 staff members to clear it up and get us checked in for our reserved room. It was frustrating to have a reservation and then be told that it was potentially not ready. Everything is additional fees. $70.00 to use onsite parking garage.

This hotel is overpriced for what it is most things were broken and pur room was still dirty and not completely clean when we check in and they also have a bunch of other fees they dont mention until you are there.

The property is great, the only downside is the cost of parking. It would be great if parking was included in the overall cost. The area around this hotel is very dirty as it is close to Pike place.
