  • 940 Sealoft
    Dit prachtig ingericht, familie en huisdier vriendelijk villa is gelegen op de elfde hole van de Ocean Winden Golf Course op Seabrook Island. Ontspan op een van de drie dekken of vis en krab in de lagune in uw achtertuin. Een open plattegrond met gewelfde plafonds, nieuwe kasten en werkbladen, hardhouten vloeren en vloerbedekking te voltooien dit geweldige Sealoft. Dit huis heeft net extra renovaties!

    De master bedroom heeft een kingsize bed, verbonden complete badkamer en een dek om te genieten van je 's ochtends koffie. Er is een koningin bed in de tweede slaapkamer en een hal bad toegankelijk vanuit deze slaapkamer. De bovenverdieping slaapkamer is volledig omsloten biedt privacy voor uw gasten. Dit is een van de enige Sealofts dat het hok is ingesloten en het heeft de toegevoegde bonus van een nieuwe complete badkamer met douche boven. Deze kamer is geweldig voor de kinderen. Er zijn twee aparte bedden plus een onderschuifbed, een TV / DVD en een dek. Het huis slaapt zeven comfortabel. Er is ook een prive buitendouche weg te spoelen het zand na een dag op het strand.

    Het Sealoft wijk zwembad is op steenworp afstand van de voordeur. Een promenade aan het strand ligt aan de overkant van Sealoft Drive en Seabrook Island Road, waardoor het een korte wandeling naar een zeer rustig gedeelte van het strand. De boulevard is ongeveer 5 minuten van het huis. De promenades in Seabrook zijn lang te wijten aan de beschermde duingebieden. Het is ongeveer 5-8 minuten langs de promenade naar het strand.

    940 Sealoft is huisdiervriendelijk! Uw favoriete vier poten hond is uitgenodigd om mee te doen aan het plezier! Een extra huisdierentoeslag van toepassing.

    Faciliteiten kaarten geven u toegang tot de faciliteiten van de Seabrook Island Club, zijn inbegrepen in de huurprijs. Deze kaarten geven u toegang tot de oceaan zwembaden (seizoensgebonden), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant / bar (seizoensgebonden), Island House restaurant / bar, golf en tennis. Er worden extra kosten in rekening gebracht voor alle activiteiten behalve het gebruik van het buitenzwembad.

Seabrook Island makes for a wonderful summer vacation get away. Great for family and friends.

Easy walking access to the beach and community pool. Beautifully decorated. Host/property manager was very helpful EVERY time I called prior to check-in. Bikes and LSV recommendations was not disappointing. They were delivered as promised and easy to use all over the island even to Fresh Fields and to Bohicket Marina to eat.We would rent again!

love seabrook

Love this neighborhood, easy walk to beach. Great bike riding, close to pools. House had lots of extras like condiments, plastic ware, toiletries, etc. Wish bikes and beach chairs were included so we didn't have to bring them though. The only negative would be that I didn't feel it was completely clean (hairs in bathrooms, all over). But overall it was good.

Great beach vacation

We loved staying at this property. It was very close to a neighborhood pool and close to the beach. The property was clean and very well maintained. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great quick getaway

We missed our regular beach vacation this year, so we opted for a quick getaway/long weekend. The kids enjoyed fishing in the lagoon behind the house, our dog wore herself out on the beach with other furry friends in the morning, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the island. The house was clean and as-described! The only issue we had was with the internet service. We ended up having to use our cellular hotspots, because none of our devices worked when connected to WiFi. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Winter Vacation Stay at Seabrook Island Rental

We enjoyed our stay at 940 Sealoft Villa. It was just the right size for our family of four and within easy walking distance of the beach. It included all we needed to make our stay comfortable, and we loved the fact that we could bring our small dog with us. Overall the villa was clean and beds very comfortable. The villa is facing a lagoon with lots of privacy, but the water view from the lower decks is impeded due to a row of large palm trees. The privacy was nice, but would have liked to see more of the water while sitting on those decks. We loved the slow pace of the island and walking on the beautiful beaches looking for shells. Please note this is a gated community with an Island House, which is really a golf country club, and a Lake House, which is a fitness center. We checked out both, but didn’t utilize either during our trip. The Beach House was closed for the winter months. We spent the majority of our time walking the very clean private Seabrook Island beaches and hanging out in the Villa rental. I recommend the 940 Sealoft Villa property to those looking for a vacation spot that is within easy walking distance to the beach, a quiet and peaceful location, and very comfortable.

We love Seabrook!

This villa was very conveniently located for us. The neighborhood pool was practically right across the street ( just a few houses down), and it was a quick walk to the beach. We made use of the amenity passes and spent a lot of time down at the beach club, which was easily walkable right down the beach. And the beach here is GORGEOUS! It's a great walking beach since it's so wide, and the sand is nice and hard-packed. The house itself was great. We had everything we needed except bikes. We were able to rent those and have them delivered right to the house though. We didn't end up bringing our dog because the drive was so far for us, but they even had a little basket of dog towels in the pantry for your furry friends! The fridge had a fair amount of condiments in it, with a note to replace as you use up. This was nice since we didn't have to buy a ton of ketchup, mustard, etc. We had such an awesome time and would love to come back some day.

Wonderful Seabrook Condo

We along with our dog and two other couples had a WONDERFUL 4th of July at this condo. The home is light and airy inside with lots of kitchen extras, comfortable beds, and a nice entertainment center (stereo, ipod dock, tv, etc). One couple shared the room with twin beds--we just pushed them together. The other two couples were each in the two masters. We used their bikes and took them all over Seabrook. We also enjoyed the small neighborhood pool as well as the bigger pool at the Seabrook Island Club (the condo comes with an amenity card so you can get into the big pool). Also loved grilling out! The beach is a bit of a hike. Not too too far, but it might have felt far if we'd had lots of little kids and kids beach gear. It is approximately one quarter mile from the condo out of the sea loft "community" to the start of the board walk and then one quarter mile down the board walk to the sand. (Seabrook Island beach walkways are all long!). But the beach was worth it! Seabrook beach is gorgeous and even with it being 4th of July weekend it was not very crowded. Nancy (the owner) was wonderful--we booked with short notice and it was easy. I filled out a form and emailed it back to her and then we were given a punch code to get the front door key out of a lockbox. We HIGHLY recommend this condo!
