'verschrikkelijke receptie medewerksters'

'Room was clean'

'Staff was great'

'The room and breakfast was about average with the other hotels in the immediate area. The staff was very nice (especially the woman working the breakfast during the week.) We had issues with the elevator 3-4 times. Either we had to have the staff reset the elevator (they said it was old). Not very comforting. Also, our TV did not work. We could stream through You Tube or Netflix but not normal cable channels.'

'Expedia should have told me that the whole hotel was basically under construction before i was able to book a non refundable stay. Expedia needs to give me points in exchange for a misleading booking.'

'Een goede Best Western Plus zoals je mag verwachten, Ligt direct tegen vliegveld maar je hebt daar geen hinder van. Nette omgeving en schoon.'

'one of the best places I stayed at new/ renovated washer / dryer in unit prompt responses from host'

'Second visit this year Kitchen oven was broke both times same unit With a broken dishwasher to added to the kitchen experience'

'Parking isn’t included.'

'Always a pleasure to stay here. '

'We were in room 115, i paid over $600 for one night expecting the decor to be old hispanic charm with old fireplace. Instead the room is completely modern. The lobby is very small, the bar is very small. I would not book again.'
