The 40 m² large, quiet apartment (east side, therefore a lot of morning sun) on the 2nd Floor in the Flensburg house received a completely new interior with all comforts in 2012. Smoking is not permitted in this apartment.
The result is a spacious, bright living room in an open loft style; From the cozy (180x200cm, 2 persons) double bed in a sleeping alcove that can be separated with curtains (see photo) you look directly into the green.
There are additional beds on a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200cm, 2 people) or on the armchair (80 x 190 cm, 1 person). The available space is good enough to set up a cot.
In the new bathroom you have a hair dryer, a washing machine and a dryer, as well as hanging options to dry your bathing suit. There is plenty of storage space in closets to store your luggage and beach items. The beach is about 5 minutes walk through the salt marshes. A bike rental is in the neighboring house; There are covered parking spaces for bicycles in front of the house entrance.
The dining area with 4 chairs invites you to feast and play at a beautiful table (a selection is available).
In the living area in front of the sofa there is finally a selection of books and a likewise new media system with LED cable TV (also USB and headphone connection, external speakers for better sound reproduction) and a DVD player that also plays your CDs / MP3s.
