The KOZY suite is carefully decorated in a kozy atmosphere. It consists of a large air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances. It has a dishwasher, microwave toaster and a DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker with pods available. The kitchen extends into a lounge area with Netflix TV. The suite opens onto a private covered outdoor terrace which can be closed with a roller shutter, the ideal place to enjoy a ti'punch, planter or other moments of relaxation. The sofa is a sofa-bed that can accommodate a child under 16 years old. Baby kit included if needed: cot, high chair, car seat, stroller. The suite is fully accessible to travelers. The garden is planted with a few fruit trees (coconut palms, bananas, avocado trees) in full growth. It has a salt pool and a wooden deck to enjoy this outdoor space. The terrace is ideally exposed to full sun and has furnished shade areas. The exterior is accessible to travelers in the 2 suites (Kozy and Coco) as well as to your hosts, who will remain discreet. This is the prime spot to gaze at the stars at night, enjoy the sounds of the tropical night, watch parrots, relax and soak up the sun. Important: travelers are not allowed to invite people that are not part of the reservation. We will be happy to meet and discover our travelers but know how to remain discreet if you wish to be more independent. The suite is fully accessible to travelers. Kozycoco is located on the heights of the Plateau Fofo district, in the immediate vicinity of all major roads and services. Shops and supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, post office are located very close by. Travel can be done on foot or within 5 minutes by car. A bus stop is located within 150 meters from the house, providing access to the public transport network for travelers without a car. Kozycoco is peacefully located in a residential area. We ask our travelers to preserve this calm and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Parties are not allowed. Getting around Martinique is easier by car. You will have an assigned parking space inside the property. Public transport is available 150m from the house to go to Fort de France. This network can suffer shutdown during social movements. On foot, there are a large number of shops, beaches and restaurants which are easily accessible. You will have access to tourist maps and our travel guides from Martinique. We can advise you on the essentials of Martinique and good deals :) Please note that no person not specified in the reservation is allowed at Koyzycoco, either outside or in the accommodation, day or night. Visits are not permitted for reasons of security, insurance and discretion.
