Amazing holiday home with spacious garden

Holiday home Bollensteyn is located on a dead-end private road behind a campsite with unobstructed views over the fields and fields. The accommodation at walking distance from the beach (use the wagon if you go to the beach) combines the best of 2 worlds: the peace and privacy of a private home, but also all the facilities of a campsite, with swimming pool, playground, bar, restaurant and sandwich takeaway service. It is the perfect base for cycling and hiking trips, family outings and, of course, water sports. The cottage is 600 m from the Oosterschelde beach with several quiet little beaches. Tours to Yerseke and Zierikzee depart from the small harbour near the lighthouse (800 m), as well as seal safaris. You can dive at Gorishoek De Punt (including a filling station) and the nearby island of Tholen is home to pretty villages such as Scherpenisse, Sint-Maartensdijk, Stavenisse, Sint-Annaland, Poortvliet and Oud-Vossemeer. Cities such as Bergen-op-Zoom, Roosendaal and Antwerp are just a stone's throw away. Daily necessities are within walking distance (through De Pluimpot nature reserve) in the historical town of Sint-Maartensdijk. The cosy, bright house has a cosy sitting area with pellet stove and a mezzanine which has been converted into a play attic with billiards for the children. You will also find a shuffleboard, games table, board games and a diminutive suitcase. The dining room offers a beautiful view of the garden and fields behind and the kitchen is fully equipped. The covered terrace includes a large picnic bench and a fire basket. There is a garden with playing lawn, pond with waterfall and plenty of spots in the sun and shade. The front garden is a lovely play area with a large sandpit, a tree house and plenty of space. The driveway offers space for 2 cars. During the summer months, you can use the facilities of Camping de Gorishoekse Hoeve free of charge.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
