Cozy and comfortable (32 and 35 square meters, respectively), ideal for couples or small families: • Space for up to 3 guests • Located on the 1st floor with a balcony and cozy seating area • Combined bedroom/living area with a comfortable queen-size box-spring bed (160x200 cm), a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), and a closet • Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Netflix for relaxing evenings • well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, mini-oven, and electric kettle • Modern bathroom with shower, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries

A queen-size double bed and a pull-out couch provide space for up to 3 guests—ideal for a couple or a small family.
A parking space is available free of charge; a storage space in the garage for your own bicycles or, for example, ski equipment can be shared by arrangement.

We are Sabine and Christian, a married couple and parents of two teenage daughters.
We’re delighted to bring a little bit of the world to Hochstätt and offer our guests a true home away from home in idyllic Bavaria.
Sabine runs a small children’s store, where she works creatively and with joy.
As an architect, Christian contributes his experience and sense of aesthetics—an ideal combination that is also reflected in our vacation apartments.
