This detached, restyled villa is located in the holiday park Zeeland Village, approximately 1 km from the beach and 7 km from Renesse.

The villa is furnished in a modern and comfortable way and is features two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with TV and an open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and combination microwave. There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower; in the hallway, you will find a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are ffour bedrooms, two with two single box-spring beds, which could or could not be set up in a 2-person arrangement; one bedroom with a single box-spring bed and one children's room with a cot and changing table. On the landing, you will find a second separate toilet. The washing machine in the storage room completes the picture.

The villa is surrounded by a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car at the villa.

It is a child-friendly villa. This means that you will have a handcart, a stair gate at the top, shielded wall sockets and a fenced garden at your disposal. In addition to the cot, a children's bath, playpen and high chair are also part of the standard facilities.
