'The condo is located on a dirt side street, but don't let that deter you. The property is lovely and it is a 10- 15 minute walk to the bustling area of restaurants, shops and beaches. 'When searching for a place to stay in Sayulita for 3 weeks, we were looking for a pool, ac, a location that allowed us to easily walk into town but was separate from the chaos, in an authentically Mexican styled building. We got all that and more. Xochitlan does a great job of combining modern amenities with Mexican charm. The place was very clean, the host Coco was available and helpful, the property manager Miguel fixed minor issues quickly, a cleaner came by every couple of days. The pool...

'This was a great room for me for 4 nights. All was as described and love the idea of the kitchennet outside. The only thing I would say is the steep entry drive way. I have bad needs so it was a little challenging but it was ok. '

'We had a wonderful week in Sayulita and enjoyed coming home to this place after the day’s activities. We used the outdoor kitchen daily for our breakfast and the AC kept the room nice and cool. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend bringing some ear plugs, as the street can be noisy at times (I believe there is construction going on in the area st the time of our stay). 'Manuel was very responsive, and Carlos brought us what we needed. For a group of 5 or 6, this is a perfect stay. Water is provided free, just message Manuel and he’ll make it happen. The space was excellent and it should be mentioned that you are next to a farm which has a donkey, roosters and numerous chickens. But as far as a cultural experience, you’re 100% certain to get that here :)'
