'Elegant room. Jetted spa bath leaked but didn’t impact our stay. Bed mattress was a bit soft for my liking but I’m sure others like it, just wasn’t very supportive. TV offered stream play from photo to tv, however was extremely laggy and unwatchable when we tried. Staff were lovely and grounds were picturesque.'

'The bathrooms need to be redone as they have mould. We were looking forward to using the spa bath but didn’t as the jets were mouldy and had soap scum.
The rooms are a nice size. Staff are beautiful'

'We booked a queen deluxe room for one night. Picked up the room keys in the afternoon but didn’t go to the room straight away as we had a function to go to. On arriving back later that evening on opening the room we were quickly disappointed. Generally the room was quite dusty and felt dirty. The curtains need replacing and were not hanging correctly. The TV remote didn’t work and the back of the air conditioners remote was missing. In the bathroom there was old soap in the soap dish, no hair...

We stay there regularly.
Only complaint was we were in the disabled unit room 9 and there was no outside light. It made it difficult to find where to put the key and to see where you walking.'
