Dating back to 1706, this 45 sq. metre (484 sq. ft.) cottage is perfect for a peaceful getaway, with breathtaking views of rolling hills, forests, and the historic Château de Duras. For larger groups or added flexibility, a separate three-bedroom gîte is also available on the property.

✔ La Fleur de Savignac is 3 km from the historic town of Duras, offering restaurants, shops, and a glimpse of the 13th-century chateau. Enjoy country markets, wineries, walking, kayaking, horse riding, and many other activities. Bordeaux Merignac airport is 1 hour and 10 minutes away, Bergerac airport is 40 minutes, and St Emilion is 40 minutes.
- Children are to be supervised at all times while on the property and are the responsibility of the adult guests.
- Only paying guests are permitted to use the facilities.
- No smoking inside the premises.
- No parties or large events permitted.

PLEASE NOTE: The French government requires us to collect the passport information of international visitors. You will be asked to supply this as part of the check-in procedure. The information is held securely and deleted after 6 months, according to GDPR requirements.
