Perched on the top of a mountain in the southern Pacific of Costa Rica, Villa Vista Azul is an impressive house with stunning ocean and mountains views. This beautiful 3-bedroom villa is completely private as well as its infinity pool and offers magnificent surroundings full of vegetation and toucans, sloths, monkeys and every color bird you can imagine.
It is a brand new and fully-equipped luxury home & garden with 24/7 concierge service to take care of your needs. Close to popular beaches, waterfalls and all nearby attractions. Ideal for family and vacation rentals, with two queen size beds + 2 single bunk beds. Secure gated access, paved road, in a charming village close to Dominical, Uvita and Quepos. A bright, spacious, open living area, private, tranquil gardens and spectacular views, in a gorgeous jungle setting.
If you decide to book this amazing place, you will enjoy not only the villa, but also, you will take advantage of its splendid features!!

In an effort to maintain the beauty and care of our garden and pool, this villa receives pool maintenance on Mondays and Thursdays between 8-10 am and garden maintenance on Tuesdays and Fridays in the afternoon. Our crew will try to complete the tasks quickly and efficiently, so that your stay is not interrupted.

Due to the world's health emergency because of the COVID-19, Paradise Management has implemented a very strict cleaning protocol since 2020 to comply with the necessary measures to establish an adequate process of disinfection of the villas. Paradise Management as a vacation rental professional understands that cleaning a property effectively requires specific training, appropriate supplies, and a systematic process. For that reason, all our vacation rental fields like staff/housekeepers/technicians and other employees have completed training regarding proper and safe cleaning techniques and property security. The entire team now understands how to safely use chemical products (such as germicides used to clean bathrooms) and dispose of trash, cleaning supplies, and bio hazards appropriately. Please feel safe to visit our property by knowing it is complying with all the cleaning protocols established and recommended by the government and vacation rental associations!

Vacances mémorable

La maison était encore plus belle que sur les photos! La végétation était magnifique, la vue de la piscine sur la mer et les montagnes nous offrant les plus beaux coucher de soleil! Nous avons été très bien accueilli et notre concierge Oscar a pris de nos nouvelles tout au long du séjour. Il faut absolument un 4x4 pour se rendre à la villa. Nous la conseillons fortement pour une famille ou 2 couples

Lovely home and great pool

My family and I had a great stay. The home is beautiful, great pool and amazing views. Location is perfect for privacy but close to town. I would come back. There are only a few draw backs. One being there is a drainage issues with the showers. If you are taking showers at the same time in both rooms the water backs up pretty bad. Also there is a smell of sewage after a shower is taken. Be sure you rent a 4WD because the road to the house is steep, But again those are in the grain scheme of things small draw backs. We had a great time!

Amazing villa, in the mountain with ocean view

It’s our second stay at the vista Azul property. Great villa not too far from dominical village and highway. Easy to access. Tons of activities to do near by. Good ocean view with a pool. Villa is well equipped perfect for our family with extra space Surrounded by nature we saw a sloth and cappucin monkeys. Birds and toucan very closed by. Property manger Oscar is very friendly and forthcoming

Amazing Poolside Sunsets

This is a beautiful property in a lovely location close to all the activities we wanted to explore in this area. We all enjoyed the pool and watching for birds in the yard. The house is very comfortable and clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Our concierge, Oscar, was a great help to us as well. This villa made our family vacation even more memorable.

Stunning property amazing views

We entered the property and it was exactly like pictures shown very clean contemporary look the outside view is breathtaking . We saw a few white face monkeys in trees near property which was great We were welcomed by concierge , excellent communication via what's app. We did our grocery at supermarket in dominical , 10 minutes away, prior to arrival. The villa is fully furnished with few spices and coffee . Pool guy and gardener and cleaning lady came by during our stay keeping the place well maintained. Near many restaurants, beaches and 45 minutes from Manuel Antonio's park, 30 minutes from uvita. The property is equipped with insect repellant devices which seemed to work. Our 2 kids loved the place as well and we all enjoyed the pool. Great stay

Privacy with magnificent view

This property is beautifully situated on top of a steep hill overlooking many miles of hills, beaches and the ocean. The villa is very well equipped with comfortable furnishings both inside and out. Kitchen well equipped with everything one would need for a short or long visit. Beautiful pool with lots of privacy and beautifully manicured garden. There is a locked gate at the foot of the hill leading to the house for the few houses on the road. You must have a four wheel drive to reach the villa but very worth it when you arrive. Less than an hours drive to two national parks.
