The views from this property are gorgeous! The road to get up there is no joke, so yes you do need 4 wheel drive. The pool is huge and perfect temp. Very few mosquitoes, just at dawn and dusk. Lots of seating around the pool area. 9 of us had plenty of space there. Wil was very responsive with any questions we had. We hired Kes to cook breakfast and dinner for 3 days and the food was delicious. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for ourselves on the other days. The primary bedrooms in the main house, pool house and casita are spacious. The two bedrooms downstairs are much smaller with separate entrances and connected by a door you can lock for a little privacy. All the a/c units worked well. The lighting in the kitchen was pretty dim at night, but the lighting in the rest of the property was ok. This property is definitely a bit isolated, so you’re not going to make any quick trips into town. But the location offers incredible views, tons of bird watching, the occasional monkey, and peaceful evenings watching the stars. We really enjoyed our stay there.

“Stunning” “Best vacation ever!” was repeated over and over by the travelers that went with us! This hidden gem was worth every penny. The house is beautiful, well maintained, nestled in the jungle!!! Truly could have stayed on property for a tranquil vacation easily. The wildlife, monkeys on our balcony, animals in the forest, the countless toucans and birds, plus the owl was our own private nature preserve! Suzanne was very informative and answered every question. Her staff was amazing and so helpful. While there we had Wil Tours provide chef services for a few nights (I'm a foodie and it was delicious!). We also had him book deep sea fishing, horseback riding on the beach (my favorite!!!!), monkey boat, zip lining and chocolate farm tour.!! All were fantastic!To wrap up our time away we had Angelica Spa for massages. So relaxing!Did I mention the pool or the beautiful well maintained grounds, endless tropical flowers and trees. All worth the time to get there!!!Highlight of the trip was the monkeys!!! Just to see them wild in nature and their crazy antics. We will cherish this vacation forever!

Our stay at Casa Seabreeze was amazing. From the location to the views, rooms sizes, and all was truly a one of a kind experience. You will be able to enjoy nature to is max potential. The breathtaking house and its natural setting were simply unforgettable. The owner's assistance with recommendations, such as car rentals, was appreciated, and the property manager was instrumental in handling all the logistics, including arranging tours and delightful catered meals. The entire experience was fantastic. While the property is secluded, about a 15-minute drive from the main road, this provides the captivating charm of a private rainforest surrounding a stunning house and pool. It’s a truly wonderful retreat, made even better by the exceptionally kind people.

The property and views are amazing! Saw wildlife daily. Monkeys came thru almost every day there and my adult kids really enjoyed the birds, monkeys and reptiles. It will be a hard vacation to beat. Wil and his team were wonderful taking care of excursions and 4 days of fabulous meals. And quick to respond to questions.. Ask for Alex for waterfalls or monkey boat. He goes the extra mile to see wildlife. As others have posted you must have 4x4 to get to house. Super people all around!

Magical, Hidden & Pristine

We just left paradise! Casa Seabreeze was home to our two families for the week and we were blown away. The drive is no joke- a 4wd vehicle is a must, and it adds to the adventure! We would have been happy just laying in the infinity pool watching the monkeys swing in every day. Short drive to Dominical beach, and we also had a chef cook fish tacos one night that were amazing.

Perfect house & View

We(my husband, myself & group of friends) stayed at the house for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The house is large enough to accommodate a group yet quaint enough to bring everyone together. The view is breathtaking, the wildlife you see around the house is different every day. We had everything we needed at the house. We will definitely be staying there again! We used Wils tours(recommended by host) and Wil is fantastic! His chef service is amazing. We had breakfast & dinner several days and everything was delicious! We also had massages by Angelica(also recommended by host) and it was one of the best massages ever. I recommend getting one on the first day & the last day you are there. We look forward to staying again!!!

Amazing Property Secluded

The property was everything I hoped it to be. Private, secluded, in the rain forest, infinity pool, ocean view, sunset view, a/c, kitchen, good internet, quiet, comfortable, laundry, beautiful. I would definitely return to this property and recommend to others. The owner reached out promptly with great information I wish I knew before I booked a rental car. On Whats App the property manager Will answered all questions prior to our stay so we could pack properly, sent information on tours, even set up a tour last minute for us while we were there. Very responsive. The pool man came each day, and Will had him look for my perscription glasses I lost on the trail on the property hiking to the river. Above and beyond!!, Will met us in Dominical and lead us driving to the property. He checked us in late at night 9:30 pm such a breeze. It was magical. The property is breathtaking beautiful and large rooms, beds were comfortable and I'm hard to please in the "mattress" arena, I slept well every night.to rain forest sounds. They had all the towels & beach towels, your need. Toiletries like TP, kleenex, dish/laundy soap, pack n play,were all on site. We purchased food at the local grocery store Kitchen had everything you need! Dirt road to house winds and can be narrow(15 min drive) I was glad we had 4WD, kids had an AWD high clearance it worked too. Saw on property tucan, macaw, owl, woodpecker, many birds, monkeys once, lizard, snake, frog, FLOWERS, ylang ylang tree, toad,

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our family of 8 stayed at Casa Sea Breeze last week and we all had an amazing time. The location is perfect - secluded, yet only a 15 min drive into Dominical and the beaches. Beautiful ocean views and sunsets. The grounds are even prettier than the pictures and we saw lots of toucans and monkeys. While we did enjoy several excursions, most of our time was spent by (and in) the pool appreciating the amazing scenery. Wil, the property concierge, was also great to deal with. His team booked white water rafting for us and chef services for 3 days. Great food! Our family will be returning again and we highly recommend Casa Sea Breeze to anyone looking for a perfect vacation in this area of Costa Rica!

Even Better Than Expected!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Sea Breeze, and it was nothing short of magical! The owner and her manager Wil were always prompt & helpful with communications. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the home, the lush landscape, and the sense of tranquility. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, and dreamy! If you are looking to relax or for some adventure, you must visit Casa Sea Breeze in Costa Rica! We especially loved having all our meals outside, with the gorgeous view of the surrounding nature. The open-air dining area was ideal for enjoying delicious meals. We were lucky to have the opportunity to enjoy the services of Wil Tours and his family, whom the owner highly recommended. Wil's wife, Kiss, and his sister, Rocio, cooked us some of the most delicious and memorable meals we've ever had. Their beautiful, caring service made us feel so special and at home. Wil and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Horseback riding on the beach, a Mangrove river monkey tour, visits to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants, were all wonderful! The people of Costa Rica are warm and lovely, the food was amazing and the home (and the negative edge pool overlooking the ocean!!) were so incredibly special. The home is more beautiful than the pictures too. We absolutely can't wait to go back to see our new friends in Costa Rica! Thank you Suzanne, Wil & family for making our time so memorable! xo

Costa Rica Trip 2024!

Casa Sea Breeze provides the ultimate landscape for a quintessential Costa Rican experience! Out family saw monkeys, toucans, pizotes, parrots and so much more wildlife every day of our stay. The pool deck is a perfect place to enjoy this unique vista, be it for sunset or a rain shower or the clouds surrounding us. And the pool is awesome! Casa Sea Breeze accommodated our family of 10 very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked in appliances, which is important because why go down the mountain if you don't have to? We were escorted to the property, which was very appreciated. The host responded to any of our concerns promptly. The road is treacherous but the stay is totally worth it. The views from the property are breathtaking. The drive up the mountain you definitely needs 4x4. The floor plan was nice, however I wish it was mentioned that two rooms were connected. All-in-all we would definitely stay here again.

Where do I begin?? Our stay at Casa SeaBreeze was beyond amazing. The property was gorgeous and more than what we expected to make our first Costa Rican adventure a memory we will never forget. Besides the property, Wil the property manager was so helpful. From the time we booked our trip to the day we left, Wil was readily available to help us out with any questions we had. Wil helped to organize all our excursions, helped with rental cars, meals, groceries, transportation to and from the airport.....everything!!! Wil helped to calm any anxieties about being in a foreign country for the first time. If you decide to book a stay at Casa Sea Breeze you will not regret it. Little Piece of Heaven

We stayed at the Case Seabreeze for two glorious weeks. One week we had 9 adults and the second week we had 13 adults.Will was always just a What's App message away if anything came up that needed tending or to booking the meal service which we did enjoy on 4 days. This place is just beyond words. The views, the monkeys, the accommodations and of course the spectacular pool. The service we had with the meals was so wonderful Will has a great team. Our group of 10 pickle ball players booked this awesome trip over 1year ago. It was well worth the planning and the wait. Wil and the owner answered our MANY questions and concerns patiently & quickly from the time I booked to departure from Sea Breeze. Wil coordinated our shuttle pick-up at SJO, taxi pick-up in Dominical to Sea Breeze, excursions (ATV, Beach Caves & Waterfalls, Manual Antonio, Ziplining), shuttle back to SJO for flights home. We hired Wil and his staff to cook us breakfast and dinner every day for 7 days. Everyone raved about their delicious meals and how wonderful to not have to cook our own meals, clean-up, or go into town to find a restaurant. What a treat for us. Alex, one of Wils staff, was our guide for Manual Antonio and Waterfalls tour. he was so nice and knowledgeable. we would have never seen sloths, monkeys, iguanas, bats if he hadn't pointed them out to us. Now Sea Breeze. WOW! Everyone had plenty of their own space but spent most days together, laughing, playing board games, watching the gorgeous sunsets, listening to jungle sounds, watching monkeys, toucans, parrots, coati, pacca, the Jesus lizard, the white horse on the neighboring land. The pool was absolutely fantastic. Water so warm and clear and inviting after the long, extremely bumpy ride up and down the mountain road. My watch kept saying "I see you're doing a workout on the elliptical"! Def. need 4wd. lol Shoutouts to Maria, Monkey/Luis, and anyone else I forgot. Pura Vida

Family Vacation

Our family of fourteen had a amazing time . The home was beautiful and Will could not have been more helpful. our only disappointment was we had no monkeys that visited and was not able to hold or see the sloth. Just putting that out there so everyone understands it is nature and not a given that you will see them. We would all absolutely return to this beautiful paradise again

Casa Seabreeze was AMAZING

The casa was perfect for our family of 6. The outdoor living space and the pool was a hit! You definitely need a 4x4. This is our 5th time visiting the Dominical Area with a different casa each time and they all have stated that a 4x4 in necessary. In the past the other 4 casa's I've could of done without a 4x4 but not this place, you DEFINITELY need a 4x4. I'm a very experience driver and had to to engage 4x4 to get up the hill leaving the house. This all said in which made our stay even more epic because you don't hear any neighbors. Wil was awesome. He escorted us to our casa from Dominical. We had a couple minor problems and he addressed them promptly. His employee Oscar made us a breakfast and dinner that was delicious (make sure you have cash to pay). There's a bunch of wildlife around the property. Saw tons of toucans in the valley, especially at first light. Had a coati around the outdoor kitchen the first couple of days that stole one of our bananas :) We had one visit of about 30 capuchins one evening just before dusk. The views are amazing and the pool is heavenly. The house was just perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and loved the blender, espresso machine and juicer. I'm now a professional mixologist. Very grateful of our time at Casa Seabreeze and hoping to visit again sooner than later! Pura Vida!!!
