'My stay there for two weeks was nothing short of amazing. The customer service from the receptionists to the waiters/waitresses was amazing! The food there was so delicious, I only ate there a few times but my favourite was the cookies and cream milkshake. Breakfast every morning was so delicious! Especially the buffet breakfast, and the room I was staying at was just beyond my expectations. Little bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth every penny. 'Staff were lovely but timings were a little off when serving meals. The Fale was fine except the mosquito net had holes in it which meant that during the night I was bitten many times which was quite painful the following morning. The shower only provided cold water and the rock floor was a bit hard on the feet.'

'The villas were great and spacious. I had a massage and the lady was lovely. One of the best massages I’ve had. Food was also very good and tasty. Had a mishap (being overcharged Fiafia night fee. Weren’t aware there would be a fee going to dinner at the hotel on this night. Spoke to staff about this and they sorted it out. Would be good to have a heads up on the Fia Fia night fees before being seated for dinner. M'
