In the heart of the Bergerac vineyards (20 km) and on the sunny hillsides, this former farmhouse has been transformed into a large gite. Far from any road and 100 m from the winegrower's owner's home, the gite is surrounded by biodynamically cultivated vines, with the utmost respect for nature and its inhabitants. Vineyards and country houses are the two jewels of this region: it is in the heart of its renowned vineyards (Monbazillac, Saussignac, Montravel, Pécharmant, etc.) that the town of Bergerac rises. Tennis courts are 500 m away in Saussignac. Private lake on site (no water in summer). Outside the house, enjoy the large, unfenced 1,500 m² garden with a small covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, ping-pong table, and swing.
Private unheated swimming pool measuring 10x5m and ranging from 1m to 1.60m deep. Open from June 1st to September 15th. Secured by a fence and alarm. Access via Roman steps.

Nathalie and her husband Gérard have been farming 10 hectares of plum trees for 35 years. Their son and his wife have recently been farming the surrounding vineyards. Everything is farmed biodynamically. Gérard and Nathalie have 5 children and already 10 grandchildren.
