The house features an airy, bright open plan first floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, reading room, and living room with board games plus a 50 inch roku tv. There is a full sized bath just off the kitchen. The second floor of the house features an office area and three bedrooms. There is a jack and jill oversized full bathroom with an amazing tub, a large master bedroom, and two medium sized bedrooms. The rear yard features a propane BBQ, a side patio deck with a hot water outdoor shower, a picnnic table, and brick patio with plenty of space for entertaining. TWO Kayaks, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach wagon and a cooler are complimentary.
