Did you know, we have 2 units close to one another? If you're traveling with another couple/family both may be available for your dates.

Our condo is on the water and is one of the best locations in our opinion. We are on the same side as Oval Beach & Mt. Baldy. You can literally walk across the street to Mt Baldy.
We have an extremely comfy king bed in the bedroom. The kitchen has a Duo Keurig coffee maker and everything you need to cook with if you choose.

We have teamed up with the Beachway resort across the street, you will have resort access with an outdoor pool and breakfast snacks. Our guests have use of all the amenities the resort offers! Parking is also included. Hotel amenities are seasonal, typically memorial to Labor Day please inquire before booking to be sure they’re open if you plan to use those perks

Our huge shared deck overlooks the water and is a great place to catch sun, enjoy coffee, cocktails, meals or just chill. The views are unmatched. Cozy fireplace if you stay with us in the cooler months.

The chain ferry operates seasonally (memorial day -Labor day) and is a fun way to get across the water to town. There are also several free and paid trolleys to town that pick you up right outside the condo.

We are located on the same side as Oval beach. Mt. Baldy is right outside your door.
The Beachway resort helps our guests when needed. They are available most anytime.

****Important***We have 2 condos close to one another. Traveling with another couple? You may be able to rent them both.

Our walls are thin. Please be conscious of your noise level. We have installed noise machines in the bedroom and the fan option on the wall air unit.

Guests are not allowed on the lower dock/level. The lower level of the condos will be under construction mid September 2024. The long awaited repair from the historic floods will happen at this time.
