'Bella struttura, in mezzo al verde e con una bellissima vista sul mare. Un villaggio adatto alle famiglie e anche agli animali, qui accolti volentieri. Al check out ci hanno anche rilasciato una borsetta con gadgets per il nostro cane. Ha una bella piscina e campi sportivi per chi vuole giocare a basket e a tennis e un tavolo da ping pong. 'Es ist ein Traum zum erholen. Ein sehr gastfreundliches und nettes Dörfchen. Die Anna Maria ist immer erreichbar und beantwortet alle Fragen. Alles sehr gut zu erreichen, die Wineprobe, das Meer, die Thermalquelle auch die Pizzeria. Der Ausblick über Toscana ist atemberaubend und unbezahlbar. Man bekommt nicht genug davon. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.'

La dimora è arredata con tantissimo gusto e corredata da ogni suppellettile, ci si ha la vera impressione di essere a casa. 'The opportunity to stay in this quiet hilltop village is quite amazing and then there is the apartment, itself! Quite spacious with so many areas to relax, especially on either of the two terraces… the views. Anna Maria has everything necessary for preparing food and large, comfortable bedrooms to rest. There are so many sites to explore within a short driving distance loved Magliano & Talamone, beautiful! Our only regret is that this tone we weren’t able to stay here longer… love to...

'This realy is a nice place to find rest and to relax. The house has everything that is needed for this. The area is quiet and agricultural. A car is needed to discover the beautiful Tuscany or to go to the beach. Two nice cats will visit you, begging for food, every time you eat outside. And (very rarely) the sound and smell of the cows of the farm nearby will reach your ears and nose. The inside of the house is well protected against the mosquitoes, but if you sit outside, you must take care of...

'We loved the place and were happy with the alternative apartment upstairs, named Livia. Apparently the owner has issues with the booking programming but it all turned out fortunate.'

'Ein üppiger, gepflegter Garten mit Pool, darin ein Aquädukt zu einer ehemaligen Ölmühle, in der eine kleine, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit antikem Mobiliar uns sofort bezauberte. Kein Luxusausbau, einfach eine bestehende Wohnung mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl hergerichtet und mit allem Nötigen versehen. Bezaubernd! Es ist außerdem ein freistehendes Haus mit zwei Bädern und ein weiteres schönes kleines Appartement auf demselben Anwesen zu vermieten. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.'

'We stayed at this charming apartment on our way up to Tuscany after our transatlantic flight. There was plenty of space for our three younger children (one a baby; crib provided). 'We hebben een fijne week doorgebracht in dit hooggelegen appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig, goede bedden, wasmachine. Fijne douche en dat alles voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Appartement is zeer centraal gelegen voor tripjes naar alle leuke plaatsen in de buurt: Bolsena, Viterbo, Orvieto, Pitigliano etc.'
