'Not in a location I expected, very close to highway road which could be loud. Place cute, but had a stale cigarette smoke/wintergreen type smell which was not pleasant. (Like stale bad breath) No everyday condiments like salt and pepper…..It served our purpose for a couple of days.'

'Do not stay here. We were very disappointed and left early. It was not at all as described. No public access to the beach “across the street”, despite claims that it was “just steps away” and “a stone’s throw”. Located in unsafe area, next to high traffic intersection, auto body shop, and cannabis dispensary. Not a family friendly location. Sofa couch was very small and not clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Just overall bad experience. '

'I really enjoyed my stay at this property that is right on the beach. I don't like crowds and I was able to read, relax and enjoy the beach. It was in a very nice area, clean and included all essentials. I will book this location again.'

'While the online pics always look great, you never know what you're getting until you show up. The Hotel is so much better than the pics. Easy Parking and Room Entry, The Hotel is on the beach. so all you have to do is grab a few of the complimentary chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards and walk tot he beach, where the water is amazing and child friendly. 'First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here.'

"Les photos sont attirantes mais la réalité est toute autre. C´est un très grand hotel avec de multiples batiments. Tout est assez ancien et très moyennement entretenu. Notre suite était grande mais pas très propre, partout des carpettes anciennes et pleines de taches. La chambre dans le batiment 6 etait terriblement bruyante car il y a à chaque étage une piece avec des machines des airconditionnés qui produisent un bruit effrayant jour et nuit. De plus le samedi matin à 8h le personnel faisait des déménagements de meubles en claquant les portes! Le personnel de la réception ne s´est meme pas excusé. L´hotel est principalement utilisé par des voyageurs avant ou après un départ en croisière, le personnel ne fait aucun effort puisque l´hotel est plein. Très triste et une honte pour la chaine Radisson! A éviter! "
