Studio 3- free Parking - Sarlat center

-Welcome to Studio 3 (year of construction 2014/2015), with an area of 32m2 with additional 10m2 terrace. It is located in Sarlat 600m (6 minutes walk) from the historic heart of the city and 300m from a large supermarket. This studio is equipped with a modern kitchen with all the equipment and accessories necessary for its proper functioning, as well as a washing machine. The bedroom has a comfortable 160 cm double bed, an office area with Wifi and satellite TV, heated and cooled floor. Sheets and towels are included in the price. This rental has its own private parking and is located on the wooded property of 3000 m2. The place is perfectly suited for disabled access (wheelchair) from the car park to the studio entrance door, as well as inside. Our animal friends are unfortunately not invited to reside there and smokers are restricted to smoking outside only. The accommodation has a second perfectly identical second studio and adjacent to the latter in the event of two couples traveling together and wishing to meet in privacy at the end of the day. - Minimum of 3 days per rental all year except July and August (7 days minimum) - Supplement cleaning service: 30 Euros - Foreign languages spoken: French and English You will find here a comfort that will allow you to spend a reassuring and pleasant stay during your visit to the Dordogne. A surprisingly peaceful oasis in the middle of business Sarlat

Dominique was an attentive and helpful host. The location is a pleasant walk into historic Sarlat, and a quiet place to return to at night. We were hiking in areas around Sarlat, so this location provided us with easy access to those hikes. We had a great stay!

Très bon séjour

Dominique est très accueillant. Le studio convient parfaitement pour un couple, il est bien équipé, on dort très bien. La place de parking est appréciable. Situé à 10 minutes du centre historique, c'est parfait pour profiter de tous les restaurants et de la gastronomie locale. Beaucoup de choses à visiter à proximité, c'est une très belle région.

Great Location in Sarlat

We spent a week at Dominique's property, and could have easily spent a month. Dominique is the best superhost you could find, and his properties are clean and comfortable with on-site, free parking He's located in the right spot in Sarlat as he's close to downtown (very walkable), but not too close to get the noise. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this property to anyone.

Vacation in Sarlat

We really enjoyed our stay at the Puits de Salamandre. The patio was a great place to have breakfast and to just relax. I loved how it was enclosed by plants and shrubs. Dominique was friendly and responded right away the one time I called. He went out of his way for us. The parking and location were perfect for us. We enjoyed the 10 minute walks to the Old Sarlat quarter. Thank you Dominique.

An Oasis

Despite the intense heat for part of our stay, Dominique’s studio was a respite from crowded Sarlat. The unit was larger than the photos show. The fan in the bedroom was a godsend. And the covered patio was the perfect place for morning coffee, which by the way can be brewed by a typical coffee maker, filters provided! I highly recommend this property if you want to enjoy Sarlat. Parking is a bonus!

Pleasant Dordogne Base Camp

The studio apartment was well appointed, clean, and spacious for two people. The kitchen, dining area and patio allowed for food preparation and both indoor and outdoor cooking. It was an excellent and relaxing retreat after all of our day long journeys throughout the region. Walking distance to Sarlat and easy access to grocery stores and bakeries is an extra plus. Dominique, the host, was always available and super respondent to any questions or concerns we had about the workings of things, such as appliances. The entire property is well maintained and is very private even though there are other rentals on site. We loved our stay and we would come back again.

Perfect place in France

From the first communication with Dominique to seeing him he was the perfect host , on site but only there if you needed him . The apartment itself was just as advertised and had everything you needed to make a great holiday , we loved the terrace area but unfortunately for us the weather in June was unusually cool !! It was a fairly flat 15 minute stroll to the main centre which is stunning to look at and has various French and International restaurants , but as the wife will only eat Chicken if you go to a French one make sure you like Duck !! You must go to the various areas really near and our favourites were Canoeing on the Dordogne (Canoe Loisirs which has a great Restaurant) and if you like your History you must go to Chateau Castlenaud . For our first proper holiday break in France we both loved it .
