All the decoration of the house is done with taste, works of artists decorate the different rooms made with quality materials. The “art deco”, “Moroccan” and “industrial” styles give a varied palette of colors and furnishings.

You will be ideally located to take advantage of the proximity of the medieval town of Sarlat at 5 minutes, the Dordogne valley 10 minutes, and all the castles and remarkable sites,
A nearby cycle path is accessible for lovers of walks along the river.

The rental is located on a 3000m2 fenced plot, with a large courtyard for parking your vehicles.

Thanks to its 250m2 of surface the house is very comfortable to accommodate 6 people. Created and designed with many different atmospheres, everyone will find a place to relax.

The swimming pool
Heated swimming pool of 10x5 and completely hidden from the view of the neighborhood, its large beach and its sunbathing areas, sunny exposure, its Moroccan living room, its wood oven for pizza evenings, its barbecue will seduce you during your evenings with friends, under the palm trees.
A large barbecue for grilling, and a wood-fired oven to make pizza evenings (possibility of reserving a pizzaïolo for one of your evenings)

the summer kitchen
In a 1930s setting, with its "bistro" decoration, its terrace is nestled in the greenery and is the perfect place for dinners on hot summer evenings.

The rooms
Our three bedrooms, decorated with materials such as wood, are furnished with 140 cm beds for two of them and 160 cm beds for the third with a flat screen TV.

The first with shower bath, two wash basins and towel warmers.
the second with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a towel dryer.
bath and hand towels are provided.

Oven, microwave, city gas hob, central island. Coffee machine

The stay

The living room
Very cocooning, with its decorative atmosphere walls clad in oak wall floor, Sarladais stone, plaster in straw lime. Two sofas, a large flat screen TV, channel plus the bouquet.

The cellar
Washing machine, dish washing machine; ventilated fridge, upright freezer. iron and ironing board

Independent toilet

A deposit of 500 € will be requested (by CB not cashed and returned at the end of the stay)
