Casa Del BoboLoco also known as Pacifico L1214 is a luxurious two-bedroom condo in Pacifico, an upscale gated community near Playas del Coco.



The Space:

This third-floor unit boasts an elegant yet simple design, featuring high-end wood furniture, modern artwork and decor, as well as stunning views of the sparkling community pool and lush mountains surrounding Playas del Coco.



The beautifully decorated living room features a warm and inviting design, complete with a couch, loveseat, reclining chair, glass-top coffee table, flat-screen TV with a state-of-the-art audio system, ceiling fan, and sliding door that leads to a furnished balcony. The living room is adjacent to the dining room, which features a stunning rectangular wood dining table with six chairs and a large buffet cabinet with additional storage.



The fully equipped kitchen features a granite breakfast bar with high-top chairs and several high-end appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator, a five-burner stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a blender. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the kitchen supplies and dining essentials you’ll ever need, from dishes and silverware to cookware and pantry staples!



Casa Del BoboLoco can accommodate up to four guests across two bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet, a ceiling fan, blackout shades, a dresser, and two nightstands. It also boasts a balcony that overlooks the sparkling pool and lush mountains. The second bedroom features two twin-sized beds (which can be combined to form a king bed), a closet, a dresser, a safe, and a ceiling fan.



This condo includes a master ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and a double-sink vanity with cabinet storage, as well as a guest bathroom with a full-sized shower and a single-sink vanity with cabinet storage. The unit also comes with a large stacked washer and dryer, as well as optional add-on maid services.



As a guest at Casa Del BoboLoco, you’ll have access to Pacifico’s high-end amenities, including a wading pool attached to three extra-long swimming pools, with one pool designated for lap swimmers and another with a full-service poolside restaurant and bar. The bubbling fountains between the pools and the tropical landscaping create a relaxed oasis for your vacation. Lounge chairs, shaded tables with umbrellas, and bathrooms and showers are also provided for your comfort and convenience.



Pacifico also offers a sports court for recreational activities, including pickleball, tennis, and basketball. The gated community comes with 24/7 security and ample parking. There are no elevators available, so you must access this third-floor unit via the stairs.



As a guest at Casa Del BoboLoco, you’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes access to a private gym, a swimming pool, and fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club.



Pet-friendly policy



We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
