    While visiting the tropical paradise that is Playas del Coco, be sure to visit the area's beaches and Playas del Coco town center, with many restaurants, cafes, shops, an excursion hub, and urgent care.

    Inside, the bright interior of your stay boasts an open-concept layout. Enjoy dazzling views while you utilize the stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. After eating, sit back and relax on the comfortable seating in the living room as you stream your favorite TV shows and movies.

Great place with stunning views

Very clean and everything is as in pictures. Would highly recommend! The only thing that I can say is a negative is the drive way is very steep fine once you get used to it but the first time is a little intimidating. All in all a great place to stay !

Great stay in Playa del CoCo.

This is a lovely property, both inside and outside. The view is terrific, and a very convenient location to downtown and the beach. The steep driveway is a little challenging at first, but gets easier with time. The house is well equipped, however beach chairs would have been nice. Our family highly recommends this property.

Great House but Needs Outdoor Furniture

We had a wonderful time enjoying this lovely house. The view is fantastic, the house is very clean, and the complex is very quiet. The inside furniture is comfy and there are plenty of pool towels and amenities for the beach or pool. The location is also awesome, as it's only about a 5-minute drive into the town of Playa del Coco where there are lots of stores and restaurants. I really enjoyed the completely private balcony off the master bedroom. Having said that there are a couple of issues that I have to point out. As an FYI to potential renters, this is not a house for anyone with mobility issues. Besides the stairs inside the house, there are lots of stairs from the steep driveway to front door. Second, and more important to us, the outdoor furniture was sub-par to say the least. There was only one mesh lounge chair at the house and no lounge chairs at the pool. The few standard chairs outside were also not the kind you would want to spend time in reading a book or enjoying the view for any period of time. When I asked the Vacasa representative if we could get an additional lounge chair so my wife and I could relax outside together, the owners did provide a second chair, but it was made of very cheap tube steel and was too uncomfortable to lay in. At best it would be a chair for a child. Outdoor living is such a big reason to pick this house as a vacation rental, some nice higher-quality comfortable outdoor furniture with cushions is needed to complete the house.
